The bad reviews about MoveOn.org appear to be from those who may have been lied to by ***** and his ********** of sycophants. The reviews reek of antipathy, bias and intolerance.MoveOn.org backs all statements and claims with citations found at the bottom of their emails. You can click on the links to read the cited articles in their entirety. The articles are researched and written by reputable, respected journalists who have done their due diligence.MoveOn.org is an authentic, credible, and esteemed organization made up of people who truly care about democracy and want what is best and true for our country. They do not deceive people with misrepresentations and lies.Moveon.org slants toward a liberal perspective rather than the ultra-conservative one put forth by MAGA Republicans. It is the difference between truth over fear and lies. Thus the information found on MoveOn.org comes from reputable sources rather than from social media or organizations that fear upsetting *****. If you do not like what you see then choose not to view MoveOn.org. No one is forcing you to join or to be a part of their movement. That is the beauty of our country; the freedom of choice, given to us in the First Amendment which provides for the freedom of speech, press, religion, assembly and petition providing an opportunity for each of us to select what we wish to believe, to join and to read. If ****** does not align with your beliefs you can opt out. Rather than malign MoveOn in reviews filled with contempt and animus find that which stimulates and interests you. I am a proud member of the MoveOn.org movement. It is an authentic, principled group who values ethics and integrity. We are like minded individuals who respect the Constitution of the United States, advocate for freedom of choice and believe wholeheartedly in Democracy. If that appeals to you check us out. If not, move on to that which does.

Politically biased, spreads misinformation to ignite fear and swing elections. These are some of the most evil vile people in the world. They profit off of others suffering. Harass ***** voters with anti-MAGA hate emails. The worst tyranical extremists I've had the displeasure of knowing exists. They will go down as traitors to this country.

I am incredibly dissapointed in MoveOn.org. I made a one time donation to them of $5.00 and was charged every month for five months before I noticed. After reading other people's reviews, I am disgusted that they are treating their progressive supporters with such disrespect.

Hi ****, I'm so sorry this was your experience. Occasionally, our members accidentally sign up for a monthly recurring pledge instead of a one-time donation. We do not want this to be any member's experience and want to correct this right away. MoveOn wants fellow supporters to always feel comfortable with their donations, and we work to ensure that our giving process is as clear as possible. We take feedback like yours very seriously, and we use it to make ongoing improvements to our process. We have two convenient ways for you to make changes to your donation:- You can update or cancel your donation by logging in to our self-service center at ********************************************* can contact our friendly donation support team toll-free at ************ to assist you. Thanks for all you do.

Caught crappy **** and ************************* Watchson calling me lots of bad stuff, even trafficking and having to pay lots of bad ********* rates for women and other stuff. Its pretty bad, but started catching Allied- universal Security and **** back in 2008. I caught the *****UNIT that decided to play games back in the **** Administration.I guess the ****** of *********** was pretty hard up to scam me with immigration and *********************** back in the day so I needed to buy extra domain names for my websites. Its pretty sad, and pretty busy, and never tried to get political about LBGTQ. Seems like the police unions didn't want to get charged money to dish into workgroups like you people so they wasted time and discriminted with intelligence people. I don't have time for any of these people that don't have big ******* Channels or Instagram, and I'm never going to apply at MoveOn.Org either for staffer jobs.I think some of my brother's unemployment issues were made up, and I think that folks are dodging my Indeed.com resume because of the elections coming up, but keep in mind that I didn't have a new resume for about 10 years +/- and I don't blame MoveOn.Org for that part, just maybe ************************* or **** in part, because online jobs didn't exist very much.I get chased around quite a bit by other security companies too, so ****** isn't a friendly state like **********, and we know that the *************** doesn't mind employment disruptions like this, but that's life also. Turns out ***************************** was seen a few times since 2008 and she doesn't like www.russianbrides.com and neither does LAPD.Folks are tripping out at the %-Star Gay Bar because my Instgagram got booked so, of course, the **** folks tripped out pretty hard, like the Volunteers of America, and Infowars always comes around to get hired and play games for free. I have seen ******************* before, mostly barried in my memories, but that's all I know. Its isn't a big deal. Graffitt is a weapon.

I sent the money a couple of times over the years, but never registered for an automatic monthly payment. I just looked at my bank statement and noticed that theyve been automatically charging me five dollars a month since January 2022. I had to call my bank to register a dispute. Meanwhile, the bank has to block my card and issue me a new one. This means I have to notify all of my utility and streaming services about the change in my card number, which is a pain in the neck. When I tried to call moveo, they put me through it a series of buttons I had to press to speak to a human which was maddening. After holding for a while a recorded voice, said they would call me back. They did but my phone doesnt ring for numbers w/o caller ID, so I missed the call. Now I have to start all over again. I will never send them another cent.

They are spamming my phone with texts about some stupid far right wing propoganda. Never had any contact with them before nor do I desire to, yet they text my phone without any sort of authorization and in breach of federal do not call laws.

I am so disapointed by MoveOn. I fully support this organization, except for it's predatory financial actions. I submitted a donation, and a month later was suprised that the same donation was taken again. After doing some sleuthing it seems that i was signed up for the monthly donation option. I'm not a computer illiterate person. I know I did not sign up for a monthly donation, so my guess is that it's some small print somewhere that I missed. I can't believe an organization that I thought would be completely transparent, well, wasn't.I immediately cancelled the monthly donation, then emailed to have the donation reversed. A few days later I received an email stating that I needed to call to have the donation reversed. I called, and the operater first tells me that my membership was cancelled, and that now they can't reverse the charge. When I pressed, she said "actually the donation was already reversed"...it's clearly still on my account. She argued that I just wasn't reading my statement correctly. She became more combative. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she stated she could take my number, and someone would call me back in a week or so. I am so beyond frustrated, and again deeply disapointed with this.I have since submitted a charge back on my CC. I can't believe I have to take this step with this organization. I am so mad.

I tried to unsubscribe and immediately got an email I would now get only 3 emails a week. I tried to unsubscribe to this and they took me to a donation page. I went back and then tried by not saying I could donate and it again took me back to the donation page. Very aggressive.

I saw a duplicate $10 donation on my checking account and when I called they told me I had subscribed to a monthly donation(I would never do that and I am well aware of where to "click" on a website to avoid the "reoccurring" situation. They told me I signed ** in April and they took a *************** in June because my card didn't work in May(because I had to get a new one). My second concern is if that is all true how did they get my "new" card information?. I trusted this organization but will never again. I know I did not sign up for re-occurring and I know I never gave them my new card info. And i see all the email complaints and since I called them this morning I already received 3 emails. Very unprofessional and "scammy".
