Hello, I used International Passports to expedite my passport, I paid them 900$ and was told I could cancel with 24hrs to obtain a full refund. I called International Passports within 24hrs and spoke with the same woman (*****) who helped me to start, she told me it would be canceled and that I would receive my passport back with 48hrs. I called back three days later, after I did not receive the my passport and she told me she did not cancel it but would. The order has till not been canceled and I still have not received my passport. This company has stolen 900$ from and stolen my passport.Initial Complaint

I recently purchased a passport from them because I needed it expedited but throughout the whole process, I just had a very, very poor experience. **** ******** was assigned to me as my travel manager and she was not communicative at all, her excuse being she has over 1,000 clients to handle. I am not one to ever complain but I was very unsatisfied and inconvenienced by her service, to the point where I am not able to take my trip anymore. I had tried calling before I even sent any documents , and she made it very hard to get through to her until AFTER my documents were sent in and money was paid. Come to find out, I had sent in the wrong application but if only I was able to call her before all this had happened, it could all have been avoided. I made it VERY clear I wanted my money back since their service was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. Yet, **** somehow found away to close and cancel the order without requesting a reissue of the refund. I am now awaiting a call from her supervisor that was supposed to happen Monday (April 11, 2022) according to her, but it is now Thursday (April 14, 2022) and still no call, no email, no word. I even let them take a $50 "inconvenience" fee when I'm the one whose not able to go where I needed to and I still don't have a penny I paid them. I tried to understand all circumstances in every situation but this experience was just very inconvenient and upsetting. Seems like they're very money-hungry and eager to do anything and everything to get every penny out of you. Don't buy from here, 1/10 experience.
