      I have two pairs of orthotics made by biomechanical systems. All was done through my physical therapist at ************************* in ****** **. One pair of my orthotics was sent to Biomechanical Services on 7-14-2021 to be recovered. After not receiving the orthotics back by the beginning of September 2021, my PT left several messages and found out on 10-6-2021 that Biomechanical lost my orthotics. In order to fix the problem, Biomechanical services stated they would pay to have my foot casting re-done and create new orthotics for me. The newly made orthotics were received late Dec/early Jan. ************** they were painful and did not work for my feet (they were not like my previous pair). Biomechanical acknowledged they would fix the problem area on the orthotics. They were returned via my PT late January 2022. I have not had any orthotics returned to me since. I am now 9 months out from when my orthotics were first sent back to simply be recovered and have nothing to show for it.

      I contacted this company in the spring of 2021 to have 3 members of my familys foot casts mailed to me. We invested quite a bit of money having a talented PT make casts of our feet to have orthotics made due to severe foot issues. The company told me the shoe orthotics were still under warranty and talked me out of having them mailed until Oct 2021 when the warranty would be over. I have contacted them repeatedly starting in Oct 2021 begging them to please send our casts to us and I would happily cover the shipping/handling. They have never responded back to me. I have even asked the help of the Physical Therapist who sent our casts to this company to make the orthotics to get them back. He also has been devastated by this company and has not been able to get them to respond or get our casts back to us. He informed me they went out of business and moved to AZ without notification. He is also trying desperately to get them back without luck. I am heartbroken because these casts allow my family to live pain free and the PT who made them is talented and over 70 years of age and I am not even sure he is making casts any more. So loosing these casts mean we loose all his evaluations, years of experience, time, ******************** We wont have the ability to make new orthotics and there is a high possibility we may never experience the level of talent our PT offered us when he made our foot casts returning to a life of pain and misery. Please we beg you to return cast/warranty numbers *******, *******, *******, *******, ******* we will gladly pay for shipping and handling. Thank you for your help!

      I have been calling and emailing for weeks...this company has an order of mine and I need it back repaired or unrepaired. I sent the order in via THEIR courier months ago (September 27, 2021) - nobody responds to my scores of calls, messages and emails. This is somebody's property, which i must return - I must have the item back.
