The drone set arrived on Saturday, June 10. The controller broke in less than 24 hours on Sunday, June 11, 2023. I contacted the company via email on Monday, June 12. The company contacted me asking to submit pictures and videos instead of apologizing and immediately replacing the faulty product. I am not interested in repairing the product that did not even work for 24 hours. The company does not even list the phone on the website. I found the phone number on AmEx statement but the company does not answer it. This does not appear to be a legitimate business.Initial Complaint

Item: EZ Pilot Pro Issue: Item arrived defective. For the video signal to work on the drone, the video transmitter had to be on its highest setting and even at such, the range on the drone was minimal (not enough to reach the next room). In addition, if you set the video transmitter to it's default mode, there's no transmission at all.I contacted support, they requested pictures and videos of the issue which I provided. They then said to send my drone back to them so that it can be warrantied. When I expressed my displeasure with that course of action, as it'd leave me without my brand new purchase, they stopped responding for days, only to message me today saying they are no longer willing to warranty the item and that they are closing my ticket.I have attached screenshots of the interactions with their support team. It clearly shows them agreeing to repair my device and then rescinding said agreement.
