I moved into this APT on 01/08/22, but it was too dirty and had too many problems.Obviously, the apartment was not ready for move-in.& after the next day I moved here, I reported all of the issues below to the Apt manager but about 10days later, they started cleaning/fixing/replacing/painting/varnishing and they still need to replace the window and remove mold:01/17/22: They just sent me a guy to my apartment to clean.01/19/22: An apt manager and a maintenance guy came to fix/replace Tub faucet, Bathroom light, Front door keyhole, shower header, Toilet flapper and to paint some of the areas and cabinets, replace the broken glass light cover, Bathroom exhaust fan motor. 01/22/22: *********(cabinet guy) came to replace broken ***************** cabinet frames. and he ground/sanded or cut some wood in my APT. Therefore, wood dust/lint was all over my place and I smelled of the varnish for 2 days.01/26/22: The heat Tech guy came to repair the broken(not working) heater.01/28/22: The Heat Tech came again to replace the old machine that wouldn't turn off and constantly run air even if it's off mode.01/29/22: I sent the mail ***** tracking #: **********************) to get contact with the ******************** Co./Landlord with the form of the apartment survey/compliment that I got from the manager but haven't got a response from them yet either.Pending: There is black mold in the window frames and around the area, and On 01/17/22, the Apt manager told me the windows will be replaced but it will take time due to Coronavirus. After that, I haven't heard/responded from the apartment *********** also sent several ************* messages but no response yet.
