This started out with ****** from TPS coming out for an estimate on 4/6/23. He parked his ***** ***** Silverado on my driveway and when I went outside to meet him, he moved his truck. I didnt think anything of it at the time. I have a long driveway so I met him at my gate. I showed him what I wanted done in my backyard and when we were done, I showed him out of the gate so I didnt go out to the driveway. Later that day, I realized there was a humongous oil stain on my driveway. I have cameras all around my house so I checked the videos and it was ******* ***** ***** Silverado. He left stains on my pavers, on my private concrete driveway, and even onto the city street. There was a long, big trail. He knew he had spilled onto my driveway, which is why he moved the truck. After he left, I went out of my way to clean up the stain myself with different degreasers I purchased. I also rented a power washer to see if that would work. Unfortunately, nothing worked. I worked on the stains about 7 times in a span of a week or so hoping that something would take it off. After I exhausted all options I decided to contact ******. He came and I showed him the stain and he initially offered to help and his attempt failed as just did the same thing I did. So I called around to see if there were other options. There was a place that does sandblasting, which I told ****** about. This is when he started raising his voice at me and being rude because he didnt want to help anymore when this was his responsibility. I didn't do the sandblasting as someone told me about a chemical solution to try. I used a sample and I was satisfied with it so I purchased the product and scrubbed the driveway again several times. I contacted ****** again to let him know that I had a good compromise which wed both be satisfied with. This is when I realized he blocked my number. Covering the cost is the least he couldve done. This exemplifies what type of person ****** is.Business response

I went to complainants house 5 different occasions and paid for all material and cleaning services that have been used. I have receipts and documentation if needed. Reached out to *** to rectify, waiting on response.
