I went to *************** and was given false information via text (see parts number that were incorrect). Additionally, I had asked four times to correct my personal information in their system and they still contacted my ex-husband despite my requests. They even claimed that they sent me a 15% coupon to me, but I told them that they sent it to my ex-husband (which they did) and then ************ tried to deny it. Last, I corrected their spelling of ********, which they still spelled as "Arkansaw" on all the documents. See photos. ************ falsely gave me wrong information and then tried to say, "good look shopping around" for better prices when he KNEW he gave me false, incorrect information on the car parts and then tried to make it seem like I couldn't read. I disliked the interaction with MM and how the dealership didn't couldn't own up to MM's mistake.Business response

Hello,
The incorrect part number was given to the client when requested. It was a typo on our part and was not intentional. She also requested the profile for the vehicle be updated to her name. *********** Manager contacted the client and
agreed to complete the repairs at no cost to her. The client will be bring the vehicle in 10/16 or 10/17 to complete the repairs.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is currently satisfactory to me.However, I need to be clear that their initial response was a cover-up and factually incorrect. They sent me four text messages of the WRONG PART and I wasnt able to find an auto repair shop that could fix it and had no choice but to return to their dealership to get the correct information. I also believe that MM, my Audi Advisor acted with malice and bad intent by keeping my ex-husbands information on the account after I had verbally requested that they correct my personal information five time (three over the phone and twice in person). They also misspelled ******** and Arkansaw [sic] which made me doubt their business since I asked them to correct the spelling as well.
Overall, I am now ok with this business. Time will tell and I pray that I will not need to come back for any more services. Last, I will say that the service director, ********************* corrected MMs mistakes by making this right. Therefore, I am now satisfied since *** oversaw the repairs and fixed the part that was allegedly broken.
