DISHONEST law firm. ****** Drake is a thief & steals from his own clients.He's been FORMALLY DISCIPLINED by State BAR Of California several times. His recent conviction against him was ACTUAL SUSPENSION.****** Drake colludes with the opposing party against his own clients!He takes cases for people who've lost their homes, livelihoods, property, vehicles & other vital parts of their lives due to negligence & harm caused by liable parties. When someone goes to him with a case, ****** Drake doesn't see them as clients who need help for their pain, suffering & losses.He sees them as cash cows ripe for his profit.He promises if the other side does not offer an equitable settlement, he will litigate in court."HOWEVER, later, Drake tells the client the other side will only settle for the **** minimum, which means the client won't be compensated for the losses suffered. Then he LIES that this "is the law & that no other compensation is due" the client, that no judge will ever compensate the client if it goes to court for litigation.ALL LIES.Laws of ********** dictate the party that causes damages is fully liable & not only must correct wrongdoings, they must also compensate & return all that was lost PLUS compensation for harm & suffering.Between taking the case & the client calling for an update, ****** Drake has ILLEGALY made an agreement with the opposing party when he convinces his client to settle for nothing & drop the case, he (****** Drake) will get a payoff from the opposing party.This is why the State BAR Of California disciplined & suspended ****** Drake.He had done these ILLEGAL, life-DESTROYING things to his clients & was caught.I'll be filing a formal complaint with the State BAR Of California & this time I will not stop until he's disbarred.I know how to effectively draft a formal complaint with more than adequate evidence to not only open an investigation, but to make it result in formal disciplinary action, PUBLICLY POSTED, against him.
