My Woman's World subscription auto-renewed on February 4 for $59.60 though I have not seen an issue since November. To appease me that sent 3 back copies but still never resumed the subscription. Now they say to call the *********** and talk to someone that does not understand what I am even talking about. My concern is that they have my debit card and will auto-renew again without ever providing the magazine. I did not dispute in time for the bank because I hoped to get the subscription.

I had a purchased a subscription to Soap Opera Digest thru 4/26. When the magazine folded they transferred my remaining subscription time to Womans World magazine without my permission. I do not want this magazine and I have attempted to call and email the company to tell them so but the phone is never answered and all other attempts go unanswered. It is still many months until April of 2026 and I want the remaining value of my Soap Opera Digest subscription refunded. I contracted with them in good faith and feel WW magazine continuing to ignore my request to refund is absolutely not operating within the same good faith and may in fact be illegal?

I recently discovered in my bank account that I was being charged a re-occuring fee from Womans World for ***** sporadically. I signed up for this magazine for my mother at one point in time years ago. What Is signed up for was ONE subscription at *****. I made sure to not checkmark for a re-occuring subscription, given that this was a one-time gift. Regardless, Womans World has been charging me rather sporadically throughout this time so I wasn't able to track it. I called them on April 18th, 2024 and while they agreed to refund the current charge, they refused to refund any of the previous charges despite the error. I spoke with a supervisor named ***** who talked over me the entire time, would not forward me to his supervisor or give me their name. He said no other supervisors were there to help me and the charges would remain. The charges past the first one have been fraudulent charges that Womans World refuses to reimburse me for. I checked with my mother and she was receiving issues that she was paying for by sending Woman's World checks. I am willing to concede that the original order potentially happened. But any charges past that, the 5 charges at ***** need to be refunded to my credit card. I am having to change my credit card as I dont trust this company to not continue the charges, regardless of what they claim. The full refund amount should be $1***** and Womans World should only keep one charge of *****.

On November 17th 2023, I purchased a cashiers check for $65.74 to Womans World magazine to cover 50 issues. It is now March 6th 2024 & I still have not received any magazines.I have tried multiple times to reach out to customer service to no avail & the lack of customer service is ridiculous. I finally received an email response & all they did was tell me to call & they mentioned US Weekly so they did not even address the correct magazine.I called during their normal business hours & got a recording saying they were closed but the hours they listed were in the time frame. They were extremely rude, which made me rude & I rarely get rude...I know how hard customer service is. The lady I spoke with REFUSED to tell me her name so I only imagine it is because she knew she was WRONG.My credit union CONFIRMED the cashiers check has been cashed & cleared on 2-2-24. So where is the product I paid for???They started sending electronic newsletters so that proved they received payment but I did not pay for newsletters...I paid for a magazine. This company is a scam with HORRIBLE customer service.

I've subscribed to both Womans World and First For Women for several years. In Nov 2023 i paid my bill as usual and haven't received any First mags since that time.the same thing happened with Womans World paid in February. They are billing me again. Is there a problem with their billing system or are they scamming me.

Paid for my renewal on Nov. 24 2023 but after several times of making calls never received any issues. They promised a refund and said it would be on my credit card within 7-10 days.

On 2/4/24, Woman's World magazine, without my knowledge and approval, billed my credit card for $59.60 as a new subscription. They did this at the same time that they sought to renew my subscription. In fact, I had accepted a limited renewal while they were abusing my credit card. They were previously told in written form (copy uploaded) that they were to delete my credit card information from their files. Instead, they retained it and then misused it at my expense. In that I had been a repeat customer, I expected honesty. I attempted to call them but they do not answer the phones. This was an unfair and dishonest billing against me.

I have not received this magazine, Womans World, for 8-9 weeks and it is a weekly magazine. I have been subsribing for many years and this has not happened before. I have made 3 attemtps to contact them as they suggest in the magazine and on line and have gotten no response. I even checked with our post office to make sure they are not sitting there.

11/14/2023 contacted Women&#**;s world and First for women and Spoke to *** and assured me that both magazines have been paid for and I have emailed them twice on 12/04/2023 the second time was on 01/19/2024 and at that time Included copies of a cancelled check. I would like for them to send me the copies remaining copies for both magazines or a prorated refund for the magazines that I did not received.
