      This is an incredibly unprofessional company who does not do as they promise. I have tried to set up several payment plans to pay my bill. I have yet to receive any email from them. Without any information to me they froze my order to send Dexcom sensors. I spoke with a few customer service people under extremely poor telephone connection who were transferring me to two or three different people who knew nothing about my account. Today after trying to reach them for several weeks one woman says I need to call two collections department and pay each what I owe or else I will not get my orders. No one from any ********************** has ever called me to ask for any type of payment. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am an elderly Person and Am in need of my Diabetic Supply. The fact that they stop my orders and turned my account to collections without my knowledge Is unacceptable. I have been asking for them to send me payment plan which they never did, but my had no problems getting paid from my insurance company. Again, they seem to have no care or concerns for patients who need their diabetic supplies. It has a very unprofessional company and it has affected my health. This has been a nightmare.

      Firstly .. I was transferred to 4 different people because I couldnt understand them. Second does anyone in the continental ************* answer questions or take orders. WHAT OTHER COMPANY CAN I USE FOR DIABETIC SUPPLIES ??

      ******** company! My last scheduled order sat in the **** label created, but package not received by carrier" queue for over four days! And when I contacted ADS customer service,the *** was only able to suggest that I wait a few more days. Unbelievable, and completely unacceptable. But on the bright side - they sure as heck got paid by my insurance on the day that darned label was created! No delay in them getting their money for a product that they will eventually - hopefully- ship! S**** their CGM - I'm going back to finger-sticking and glucose strips. I will make it my mission to make sure my insurance company never deals with this company again. 1-star rating is required to post- but I give them a 0-star rating.

      Get your supplies elsewhere, 17 people have told me they will call me back, not one return phone call. Worst company to have to deal with obtaining life saving supplies I have been waiting 8 months for pump supplies and every time I call I get the run around.

      This company is horrible. I have had nothing but problems since April. This is the only place I can get my diabetic supplies and they keep messing up. It's been over 90 days and haven't charged my card for my payment. They sent the wrong prescription and now I can't get a new delivery until I send back the other cgm even though I'm out now. And they charged my insurance for this and they can't get it fixed until the stuff goes back. I was suppose to have my card charged within 6-8 weeks from the lady I spoke to last time and free next day delivery which that never happened because there was no notes. The amount of stress this is causing which is affecting my health is going to be the last time. I will consult legal help and do my best to hold them accountable for how the do business. Also they double the charge the amount for cgm products and then have your insurance pay what they're going pay and charge you the rest. America and pharmaceutical robbery at its finest

      Terrible company! They kept sending bills to me via email and paper bills to my husband, so sometimes wed accidentally pay twice. Last month they sent me a email message to authorize a refill, but I ignored it because we were about to leave on a 10-day vacation and I didnt want the supplies sitting outside my door. But then the daily phone call reminders started coming in, so I called to let them know I wanted to delay my order until after vacation (btw, it is a nightmare to get an actual person on the phone). They told me no problem and to contact them when we returned from vacation. I submitted the refill 5 days ago and they just called me today and said they can no longer fill my orders and to call my doctors office to get our stuff from a new supplier. They couldnt even give me a reason why!! They sell medical supplies, but I cant buy them?? I hope we can find a better company to get our supplies from! We are now almost out of Dexcom sensors because of the delay from vacation and their refusal to fill the order.

      Ordered diabetes supplies once. After it came time to renew my prescription I received DAILY phone calls at 8am, asking me to order more supplies. I asked the representative to stop calling so they automated the phone calls from an ***** number to start calling me. They also began sending multiple emails asking me to order more. I informed ****** (maker of the freestyle) that I would be considering switching to another CGM because of the experience with this supplier. I am also cancelling my account with ADS after submitting this complaint. This was harassment pure and simple.

      I've been dealing with Advanced Diabetes Supply for over 3 years, using both the G6 and now the G7 CGM. I've only had to call maybe twice, once with an address change and another with Tech Support. The level of support has been outstanding and I've always been able to understand the Service rep. I'm surprised that I'm not talking to someone in a foreign country. Deliveries are always on time. I highly recommend ADS. ********

      Sent supplies I did not authorize, charged me over $1000 for them. Tried in good faith to resolve this by phone, they make you wait on hold forever, then transfer you to another department that refuses to help, then put you back on hold for another hour before disconnecting. Still no resolution.Do not do business with this company.

      Absolutely terrible company; they only have customers because insurance companies force patients to go through these suppliers. They have billing issues, poor response times, customer service that doesn't know what to do or how to help, and continuously promise to follow up while never doing so. Everything must be a phone call, there is no functional online portal or way to email the company and check supply orders, reorder supplies, or update information. I hate that I have to use ADS as a supplier, it causes just another headache and more things to deal with as a patient while it should be helping streamline getting medical supplies critical to life and health.
