On 5/18/24 we ordered some outdoor kitchen components online. As an option given to us, we chose to pay through Affirm (paying in a few interest free installments) - Affirm #***I-2u36 totaling $3448.00. After two weeks we had not gotten any items or an update. We called several times, left voicemails, no return messages either. We finally talked to someone at 4Life and he said he would cancel the order and refund Affirm, so they would stop requesting payment from us. Affirm has paid this merchant and we have not gotten any items we paid for. We opened a dispute with Affirm on 6/28, sharing with them the email discussing the cancelation from 4Life. ****** denied the claim as 4Life never reached out to them and provided any information regarding the cancellation and subsequent refund. After numerous attempts to contact 4Life again, we opened a new dispute case with Affirm on 7/26. They closed the case again on 8/13 since the merchant has taken no action to cancel/refund Affirm. Affirm has been requiring us to make payments since they have paid the merchant and the order was never canceled/Affirm refunded. We are out $3448 and have nothing to show for it. The company never returns voicemails or the voice mailbox is full. The company's website isn't even active any longer. Please help us. I don't understand how a business can operate like this and steal money.Initial Complaint

I ordered a kitchen from 4Life on May 18th, but by June 5th, I had received nothing. Despite numerous emails and calls, I got no response. I opened a dispute with ******, but they sided with 4Life.After countless attempts to get in touch, I finally reached the owner on June 28th, only to be told that there was **no record of my order at all**. The owner claimed that it had been canceled back in May, yet Im still being charged! I received an email from the 4Life owner confirming the cancellation and sent it to Affirm, but they continue to side with 4Life. I even opened a new dispute on June 26th, with the same disappointing outcome.Its clear that 4Life has no intention of fulfilling my order, yet Im stuck paying over $3,500 for something I will never receive. Adding insult to injury, their website now claims they are impersonating someone. This whole experience has been heartbreaking. Ive been treated unfairly and am left paying for a product that never existed. Avoid doing business with 4Life at all coststhey are terrible people who do not care about their customers.Initial Complaint

Hello,I purchased 8k worth of outdoor kitchen cabinets in janurary of 2023 through 4 Life Outdoor. I have been working with ***********************. ****** was helpful in the beginning, and was able to get me the cabinets I ordered by ***** (longer than expected). I ordered white cabinets and drawers. When I accepted delivery the drawers were grey and not white (photos attached). I emailed ****** and he stated that the drawers are on backorder, and when the white ones come in he would ship them to me. I have exchanged dozens of emails him over the course of the past year and have gotten no resolution. The past 3 emails have gone unresponded from ******. I feel as though I have been scammed out of the entire cabinet system since the grey ruins what it looks like, especially after the thousands of dollars Ive spent on a counter top and the cabinets themselves. All I want is the white drawers to be shipped but I have lost all faith. I am looking for a refund of the cabinets.Thank you,Initial Complaint

1. Outdoor Cabinets were ordered in February of 2023. 2. Shipping was promised at 2 weeks.3. Outdoor cabinets shipped April 2023 but the doors were not shipped for two cabinets and the 4 end panels were not shipped 4. I have tried since last April to obtain the correct doors and panels. Hundreds of emails and phone calls, each one either ignored by this company or they responded promising "within the next few weeks"5. January 29, 2023 my husband placed an order for an outdoor kitchen. Paid $3,850. We only received part of our order. We tried many times to contact them, never answered. Aug 21, I called, spoke with ***********************. He said he would receive the cabinet in 15 days and would then ship to us. Said he would reimburse us etc. Oct 5, I sent an email, no response. Still no product, we each called several more times, no answer. Oct 16, I sent another email. No response. We each called several more times to, no answer. Their website still shows the item we are missing as available for purchase so why have we not received ours? We don't know what to do since they won't answer phone or respond to email. Although even when I did chat with him, the promises made have to come to fruition. Order #***** Missing item: 40" *** outdoor cabinet I have the emails I have sent him as well as the promises (in my email) he made to me when we chatted on the phone if you want to see them? We would like our cabinet so we can finish our patio. Today I sent him another email saying I am filing a formal complaint with BBB. He almost immediately responded making the same promises and claims of warehouse issues as he told me in August. Here is his response: Hi **** and ******, I'm sorry this has taken so long. The *** cabinet is on its way to us.For the extended wait, we would like to offer you a free 2-door cabinet and countertop.We can also offer you the *** cabinet for free as a thank you. We would refund the cabinet minus shipping. You have been more then patient and we appreciate that. We will make this right for you as soon as we can. The side panels and gray ***'s are together and you should receive it before the end of the month. We are a family business trying our hardest and I'm sorry we have dropped the ball with your order. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help. ****** 4 Life Outdoor. I am still filing a complaint as he is making the same promises as before.
