On February 20th 2024 I placed an order through the ******* *** for mobile pickup. I drive to the ******* location **************************************************************************************** just to see that the entire restaurant including the drive thru is closed and only plumbing and construction workers were at location. my *****'s app says order is complete. My card was charge $7.70 and my *****'s points and rewards were deducted 70 points. I spoke with a representative who apologized offered to apply credit to my account or have someone call me back regarding refund. I declined the credit and said I wanted a full refund. I received nothing and have been ripped off. The representative from the administrative **** called to collect my information to issue my refund on Feb 21st 2024 and I haven't received the refund as of March 1st 2014. I sent 3 other messages and no further response from *****'s since. I want a full refund and to be reimbursed for the ride to and back from *****'s.
