I ordered three shirts from Laila Jayde on 3/14/24. The order # is 3830 which contained three 3/4 sleeve dolman shirts: one for $62 in the color ink, one for $62 in the color brick, and one for $48 in the color regal. I received all three shirts 3/25/24. I decided to keep the $48 shirt in the color regal, but would like to return the other two shirts because I don't like the color of the ink colored shirt and the brick colored shirt was cut way too low (even though it was the same shirt, it was cut much lower so did not fit me well). I sent Laila Jayde customer service an email requesting a return on 3/29/24 and also filled out their online customer service form. I didn't get a response from them as to how to go about starting the return. I emailed them a second time on 4/2/24, but again got no response. I have called them several times, but the line is always busy. I emailed them again on 4/8/24 saying that if I didn't hear from them by 4/10/24 then I would contact BBB. My total order was $172 minus $17.20 for a 10% discount for a total of $154.80. I would like to return the two shirts and receive a refund for them for $111.60 ($62 + $62 = $124 minus the $12.40 10% discount)
