      This was supposed to be an original ASUS charger with cord for my ASUS tablet and it is not. It took over two weeks to arrive and when it finally did it's some generic charger. I'm not the only customer they have done this to as I saw reviews for their company after I'd already purchased the product, unfortunately, and they're extremely poor reviews because they do not send the promised product. They should give me a price adjustment and if not at least I've let you know about their unethical business practices. I don't want to send it back because I can only imagine the hassle with these people and I would have to pay the postage.Thank you for your time.

      On Jan 3, 2022 at appx ******* I purchased an ac Samsung adapter charger for a laptop on the website "Supplyusastore" for ******* Their website did not show any reviews on it which I shouldve realized looked like a red flag and their was no phone number to call them with any problems. However it did have an address in CA so I figured I was safe to purchase this seeing as it was in the US, or so I thought! After reading the details on their own website, it stated I was supposed to get a confirmation email stating the shipping and tracking information which I did not get as promised. I tried to log back into their website and even created a new password ** my account on their site to try to log in and see my details and nothing would let me log in to their site. All I have as proof now is my intial purchase email saying an invoice with the amount and my information of how I paid on Paypal. My invoice on paypal shows all Chinese symbols as the name of whoever got this money from me and doesnt match up to their email or website name. On paypal it shows a payment was made to ****************** as well as Chinese symbols for a name of whomever. After researching online further, I investigated and found out that this address in California is for a law office and dental strip plaza not a Computer parts company of any kind. This company is a scam and also has no computer traffic which was also investigated online and found out. Others should be warned.
