I purchased at out of shoes while on vacation at the Crocs retail store. When I returned home from vacation I went to put the shoes on and they sold me two different size shoes. One shoe is a size 7 and one is a size 5. I have contacted customer service and was given a case number ********. I have contacted customer service on 3 different occasions trying to get a resolution. I was informed because the shoes are not damaged it's nothing can be done. They sold me two different size shoes and will not refund my money. I was on vacation and live 100 plus miles from the croc retail store that I had purchase them and do not have a store nearby. I had submitted pictures and proof of purchase as well. I can not wear the shoes as they are different sizes.Initial Complaint

On June 5, 2024 I ordered my wife a pair of crocs. When I received them there was one shoe of one size and another shoe of another size. I paid $53.50 for the shoes. I returned the shoes and they sent me a refund of $45.03. I contacted crocs and they stated that they had sent me the wrong shoes, I even sent a picture of the shoes that they sent, and they only refunded the $45.03, telling me that the tax was nonrefundable. When I called to get a return label, I was told that I would be refunded the complete amount shipping and everything.
