On July 13, 2024, I ordered from Cherokee Medical Uniforms the following items, which have not been delivered:Women's Zip Front High-Low Solid Scrub Jacket; Item #: ck-ww301--pwtlge; Color: PWT PewterPWT Pewter; Size: LGELarge; Price: $17.59.Women's Flare Leg Scrub Pant; Item #: ck-*****--pwtlgt; Color: PWT PewterPWT Pewter; Inseam: TallTall; Size: LGELarge; Price: $31.18. (Quantity: 2).I called Cherokee last week, and they told me that they did not have information and to call this week to be informed. I called them this afternoon, and I was told that the product is on "extended backlog". I asked for a more precise answer, and I got nothing. I verified Cherokee's website, and the items are still showing as available for sale. My complaint is that this company charged my credit card and is holding on to my money with no knowledge or apparent intention to fulfill the implied contract to supply the items. Their disclaimer of "While supplies last" is bogus because the items still show as available in the size and color that I ordered. Therefore, this vendor has the obligation to provide the information of when this item will be shipped to me. I requested a replacement with other similar items, and I was told "NO". Instead, I was offered a cancellation of my order, which I refused to do. This company seems to be in the habit of holding onto money from their clients for as long as they can; presumably to earn interest from the money. I demand prompt delivery of my items as I ordered them plus a $50 gift card for my time and trouble of having to call Cherokee and to complain to the BBB. Alternatively, I demand replacement with items of equal or higher value of the same size and color instead of the ones that I ordered and have not been delivered to me.Business response

We've reached out to this customer via phone and the issue has been resolved. We have provided compensation to the customer for their last order as promised and provided a one time price adjustment and upgraded the shipping method as well.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The **************** Manager of the business was very courteous, professional, and helpful. With his help, the business was able to fulfill my order; in some instances substituting unavailable items for similar items that were more expensive without extra charge to me. I am pleased with their professionalism, and I recommend this business to other customers.

I placed an order on November 16, 2023 order# The item was $27.99 plus I paid an additional $21.00 for expedited delivery. After placing the order on 11/16/2023 I received confirmation and a delivery date of 11/21/23 Tuesday, than on the weekend I received another email stating the delivery won't be until 11/24/2023 Friday. This is misleading as I anticipated to receive the item on 11/21/23 after agreeing to pay the additional $21.00 for expedited services. I called the customer hotline on Monday 20th, 2023 spoke to **** she kept repeating herself multiple times (reading from a template) because customer service is outsourced and did not allow me to speak to a supervisor/manager. She stated that they were not available and not "on the floor" to take my call. This is my FIRST order with Cherokee Uniforms and this will be the LAST. I asked for a refund of the expedited cost of $21.00 since I will not be receiving the item when I was told originally when I placed the order on 11/16/23. They lack customer service and good business etiquette.Business response

We've reached out to the customer over the phone, however, we weren't able to connect with the customer and have left them a voicemail.
Also, we can confirm that we've processed a refund of the shipping charge that the customer paid i.e., $21 and have informed the customer that this refund has been processed today and should be credited to their account within 5-7 business days.

I placed an order with cherokee that still hasn't shipped. A day later, I placed another order, which has already shipped and been delivered. I have sent numerous emails to Cherokee asking what is going on with my order and why isn't hasn't shipped yet and I get absolutely no response. On 1/24/23 I purchased $400 worth of scrubs, 2 sizes with the intent to send the ones that didn't fit back. I received the items on 1/26/23 i recieved these items. On 1/28/23 I attempted to call, and it made me leave a voicemail, no return call as of today. It also suggested I email, which I have, twice, with no return email as of today. I then reached out on ********* which I then recieved a response, asking for my order number to better assisst me, with no response after I provided that information. At this point I am running out of time, I have 30 days based on their page, to return an item. Now I am stuck with scrubs for work that I am unable to wear.Initial Complaint

On August 12th, I purchased three different articles of scrubwear from the official ******** ******** website ( Order #: CKXXXXXXXXXX ). This order totaled ******** On August 16th, I received an email from Cherokee letting me know that my order had been shipped out via *** with the following tracking number: ******************. Since that date, I have not received any sort of notice, update, or have received my package. When clicking on the tracking link, the only information UPS has on my package is that a label was created in the *** system on August 15th. I have contacted ******** through their customer support line to no response, and therefore have not received my money back, or my order. I sent an email to the ******** ******** customer support email ( **************************** ) on September 1st and still have yet to hear anything. I am very ********** as I utilize these scrubs most everyday, because I work in a hospital, and I do not have the income to constantly buy new workwear.Business response

Below is a brief synopsis of the issue and order: 1. The order# ************ was placed on August 12, 2022. 2. The order was shipped with Tracking number ****************** and upon checking the tracking information; it just says that a label was created on August 15, 2022. 3. As per the tracking information with ups.com, we were able to know that the order was not delivered to the customer. Hence, we have processed a refund for the total order value back to the same payment method we received it from. We have also reached out to the customer and informed them about the refund being processed. We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused to the customer here.
