      Sold me a car that looks it just came from a flooded area. Seats, seatbelt, carpet floor panels has no adhesive, its peeling off from the floor panel, passenger side: missing cushion under the carpet. The smells never goes away. You can see stains on the back seats, Black stains looks like mold. The process was weird. Bought on March 4 didnt get to drive it until on the 7th. We picked it up at closing time. The very next day it dies infront of my driveway. Called the salesman, and he started HARASSING ME. And said thats my problem. Calling me the * word to find or call a towed company to towed to the shop. *ast forward the car is at the shop. The problem was the battery terminal has a cracked? *** thought it passed when you guys sold me the car. The salesman said, the problem happens when the detail guy was finishing cleaning the car and trying to moved the car back inside an it DIDN'T start. But waiting and it fired back on. Now the car in their service area and the service manager called me the part isnt going to be here *riday the 8th. 5 days never have the time to drive the car and make a decision to cancel or keep the car. During this time the contract wasnt given to me so I can read it and make a smart choice before those 2days. I didnt get a chance to do that. Until a month later when I walked in and asked. Told the finance manager if I get pulled over by a cop? This vehicle has nothing physical on paper shows I have documentation of possession of the car? He was not happy. So and than I started talking about CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT! my rights has a consumer was violated. And all I said 15 U.S.C sections 1601-1693r, did some reading and research.my PRIVACY Information was breach. Everything theyve have its looks like the **** but its illegal to have them furnished inaccurate information about me.15usc1601,1681a, 1605, 1681b(4)c,3 and many more violations well ***** paid 3billions suits for fraud private information

      I think that they got over on me and I know certain work wasnt dont on my car that I paid almost 1000$ for a 60,000miles tune my car has NEVER HAD A SMELL OR A SOUND M. My car now has sounds and promblems it never had before! My a/c lets out a moisturizer or mildewed smell and my car jerks and stalls to take off now. My brakes make sounds they say that its just dirt but the sounds keeps getting louder. I am upset makes sure when yu get Your car serviced you see the old part and the new one you be paid for. To prove that they made me pay for work that wasnt done it has been less than a month or maybe a month now since I had the tune up the other day my car wouldnt start and was saying a cod took it to a shop in ******** ** and was told there was a problem with the key like a key battery but on my 900$ invoice it says the changed it and I paid for it! I tried to talk to ***** the person who was my service advisor for the time brought my car there he was very rude did not care and SLAMS the phone hanging up on! I have been reaching out to manger and I am not getting any calls back or getting through at the Chico nissian to speak with manger I will be filling my a complaint with Corporate manager and any better business place I can thank yu
