      This business quoted and charged us different amounts adding on additional fees after what we were quoted for limited access and additional charges. We paid them in full and were told that we still owed them a balance. They are threatening our clients and customers with collections notices of thousands of dollars. We don't owe them anything. This is illegal.

      Central Transport has reviewed your account ******* SUPPLY, it appears that Pros *************-B *************-B *************-B *************-B 149-8317945-9-B were all paid short, meaning there was a balance left on the invoice after your initial payment. 

      Reviewing the notes on your account, this matter has already been resolved and was handled with the manager of our collections department. Notes on the account state this matter was resolved with ******* at ************ ******************* who authorized these charges and made payment on the account. There is currently no remaining balance on your account. This matter was noted as resolved on 4/23/2024.

      On 6/18, my company shipped ***************************************** ********** **********. When it arrived to the customer, they were damaged, the customer rejected the shipment and was returned. We received photos of our commodities when they arrived to our customers address, 10 out the 13 skids looked ok. But when the shipment arrived back to us, only 10 were returned. Then 1 the next day, after speaking with customer service numerous times, they only say "I'm sorry, but it's showing that it's in transit from this location." Or, "The reason for the split could be the truck has been too full." Both statements I understand, but what doesn't make sense to me, logistically, if the shipment were split, why was it split 4 ways? I received 11 out 13 in two different shipments, no one can provide explanation or support, due to exposing incompetence I assume. This is just a bad way of doing business, with companies that looks accountability, sensibility, and logic when handling high dollar items. Have already started the claim process, but how it's going, no telling what will come of this claim.
