I was scheduled for flooring installation. on the night. before they sent an email to state I was now scheduled 12 days later. I have emailed and called several times and had to change installers because they would not respond. No apology and no reversal. this is a truly bad company if you are expecting any customer service.Business response

Let me say, first off Im terribly sorry for the delay in the scheduling. I did read through the job notes and your installation was tentatively scheduled to begin on November 16. The job we were working on prior to yours had a tremendous amount of unforeseen subfloor preparation that set us back. That is why we schedule jobs based upon tentative dates. I do see that my office attempted to reschedule your installation to begin on November 27, but then was able to reschedule for November 20 but that was rejected by you it appears.
We do our best on scheduling to make the ***************** as accurate as possible. However, there are unforeseen circumstances such as this other customers subfloor problems that were unforeseen. We have to spend the necessary time at each job to make sure that we do a quality installation and as result that sometimes sets us back on our schedule. As an example, if we were out at your house, and we had some subfloor preparation issues, we would make sure to take the necessary time at your house, and then have to postpone the subsequent installation after you.
I do apologize for the delays and I do hope that you found another quality company to complete your installation for you.
