      I was assisting my care taker in purchasing a vehicle. He ended up finding and financing a vehicle through his credit union. On the ************************* website there are a multitude of services and options for their members. One of them being "find an auto" ( set your dreams in motion). He proceeded to navigate his options of dealers and came across Allin Cars. This is where he found the 2015 ******* Elantra. The financing was approved, the check had arrived so we went to pick up his car. The staff at Allin were a total of two people whom were extremely nice. As ***** spoke to *********************** proceeded to start a conversation with her partner. He assured me that " everything was good on the car from the wheels to the antennae. He also spoke of their mechanic to which he implied that "the mechanic had gone over the entirety of the vehicle before putting it on market and found no issues". and begged us for a positive yelp review for it really helps with business. We were excited and more than happy to leave a positive review. On day two of ownership, my caretaker's car died. It just quit running. So I called Allin Cars and spoke to ********************* whom told me " no problem, just get it to our mechanic fix it free of charge. First off, there was no offer of towing so we used our friends Triple A miles. Once the car was in their possession, the offer changed. we needed to pay a 1000 dollars because we put the wrong fuel in it. i watched my care taker go back and forth with with them even trying to act like they did not know who he was. ( he saved the text thread with all this on it ) finally they said " ok what can you afford.) my caretaker ended paying 380$ out of pocket. 5 days later the car wont start. My caretaker had friend come over and tell him it was the battery. My caretaker proceeded to pay 200$ more out of pocket for a new battery. He then took to Auto Zone and they ran a free test letting him know the starter is getting ready to fail also.

      This company lied to us about the condition of a vehicle stating they had their mechanic go over everything before putting it on the market. Two days after purchase the fuel pump goes out and they refused to pay the total cost which cost me an extra 380$. Day 7 the car wont start and the key fob does not work. I had to spend 200$ on a battery because the battery in the car was so old. I took it to auto zone for diagnostics and the starter is going to fail. I tried to contact them and they acted like they did not know me unknowingly texting in the same thread that we had been speaking to each other for over two weeks. Extremely deceptive and grimy.

      I purchased a Vehicle at Allin Cars on 11/2023 and I did test drive the car and it was in good condition until I got home. The vehicle air suspension went down and was not able to drive it so I contact the dealer and was told it was normal of the vehicle to do that I did send pictures etc and was told to give it time. I agreed it continued to do the same problem and would take ***** minutes for the suspension to go up . I called Allin Cars and was told to contact warranty company. I contact warranty company they said they did not cover Suspension and this is after the the information given to me by Allin Cars the warranty I purchased was bumper to bumper coverage. I called Allin cars and there advice was to cancel the warranty. I had no choice but to do the repairs on my own and after reached out to Allin Cars and to try to have them pay for the repairs and there response unfortunately no we cant help you.
