I placed an order with Gradshop on 4/6/22 for a graduation hood I needed by 4/30. They had multiple shipping options and "expedited shipping" for $30 gave an estimated delivery window before 4/30. I sent an email to customer service on 4/25 and was told the hood would be shipped that day or the next. It had not arrive by 5/2 and I sent an email requesting a refund for the $30 I paid for shipping since I had been lied to on 4/25. I received a short message saying it would be shipped that week with no acknowledgement of my refund request. I have attached screenshots of that exchange. I did receive the hood later that week. I have tried to contact customer service several times and posted on their ******** page with no response.
