I purchased a 2010 *** M6 from this dealership . I have multiple documented conversations that day the vehicle was in perfect operational condition and mechanically sound . I got the vehicle and within 5 minutes the engine light came on and now the car sits and the dealership will no do anything about it , they sold me a bad Car after repeatedly telling me the car is perfect . Please help meBusiness response

This individual purchased a vehicle from ** through a dealership by the name of ******************. The purchase was a wholesale dealer to dealer transaction through an auto auction. Mr. ****** had some concerns with the vehicle upon receiving it and reached out to a salesman of the dealership he had spoken with previous to purchase. This conversation of concern took place on a on a Sunday. The dealership is only closed one day which is Sunday. Early the following morning by 5:30 am there were posting all over sale feed arenas with reviews presenting the dealership as a non reputable business. **************** made numerous threats and phone calls to the dealership not being very open to conversation of resolution. Business owner of Private Collection Motors Inc., made a call to **************** attempting to reason and come to a settlement of a goodwill payment for in turn removing reviews that were made in a unethical manner of conducting business. Surprisingly **************** stating to be the owner of Napleton Hyiundai would know no business is ran on threats or irrational antics. **************** has agreed to accept goodwill payment and removal of all negative reviews that were placed unfairly.Initial Complaint

On March 14, 2023 I purchased a car from this dealer. They stated that on 3/14/23 they mailed the documents for me to sign to finalize the purchase, I was supposed to receive the package on 3/18/23 which didn't happen I called to let them know, and they told me that the person in charge was no longer there, the ***** package was lost new set of documents were issued and sent to me via *****. I got the package on 3/20/23 signed and sent them the next day. After a few days, I decided to call to find out how long it will take for me to get the car deliver to my house. Once again, They could not find the signed documents, a few hours later Tristen (salesperson) called me and confirm that he located the envelope with the signed documents. On 3/30/23 the car was delivered to my house without registration or temporary license plates. I have been trying to resolve this issue with them with no luck. They keep saying that it should be **************, three Fridays passed with no signs of me getting my plates or registration.I wish I knew how they manage their business before I got a car from them.I made my first car payment and I can't even drive the car. This is the worse car purchase experience that I had by far.Business response

********************* was a customer who financed a car and lives in **********. Our normal out of state customer wires ** funds or finds their own financing. Since we secured the financing we had to deal with the ** DMV which has a very strict set of registration rules for out of state purchases. We explained to **** that because he financed through us the registration was going to take time. We understand buyers get excited about their purchases and become anxious waiting.
**** called the dealership and was very insistent about us pulling some strings to get his registration priority. We explained it's not up to us as the dealership to dictate how quickly the ** DMV handles his registration and documents.
**** became increasingly impatient and was not satisfied with the truthful answers we were giving him. ****'s statements of facts are inaccurate. We sell vehicles all over *****************, we make it very clear our out of state deals financed through our banks take more time considering the out of state DMV process. Most of our out of state customers understand the process and understand we have no control over a state agency like the DMV.
