I have been a member with Club Pilates, the ********** location in ****** for about 6ish months. I froze my account for 2 months. I realized it was a waste of money because I was not utlizing the membership enough to justify their insane prices or extreme lack of customer service policies. Their scheduling is very inconsistent, they always have long wait lists, there's zero flexibility if something happens within the TWELVE hour cancelation policy (even if I want to reschedule my class to another time that day, its considered a cancelation and I would be billed $10), and they have little to no customer service. I have been attempting to contact the general manager since January 4th with ZERO response. I was told the only way to cancel my membership was via email so I did so. Never received a response after 2 follow-*** so I called and they said "oh yeah its been canceled but since you sent it in on January 4th your subscription will end February 4th, which means you will be billed for one more month" - I renew on the 1st each month. Let it be known their cancellation policy on their website does not state it needs to be 30 days, it says cancel at ANY TIME. I have put my credit card on lock because that is absolutely ridiculous to hold me to this imaginary rule that is not on your website. Also, when I signed up over the phone months back there was never anything I signed, so if they claim I signed something agreeing to this, no I did not. All I want is for my account to be fully cancled and for them to stop trying to bill be $229. Their reputation speaks for itself.
