  I Flew to *********** from ********* to see ******************. ****************** was going to perform a smile makeover on both my upper and lower teeth. On 11/24/2023. I had my first appointment which at this time, ****************** was going to work on my upper teeth. I trusted that ****************** would do a great job based off previous conversations he and I had. On this day. I understood that I would need to be in temporaries until my final restorations were made at the lab ****************** used. The temporaries that were made for me where all different shapes, sizes, and lengths. Although they would only be worn for 3 weeks I still don't feel as though they were not suitable. I was very embarrassed by the thought of leaving the office in this manner. I had a break down in the dental. ****************** did not provide any alternatives at the time so I had to fly back home with the temporaries. Generally when a procedure of this kind is performed. Dentist will provide the patient with a diagnostic wax up. This will allow the patient to see the shape, color, length of the case before final cementation. If there may be anything that a patient may not like the wax up allows for the changes to be made. ****************** did not offer a wax up. When I asked about it he advised that Dentist no longer perform these. I feel if we would have completed the wax up. My final restorations would have been exactly as I expected and paid for. The shade I chose was OM1. ***************** made it very clear that he prefers all of his patients go with shade OM2 which would be his preferred shade. I respectfully understood his preference however I still wanted to go with OM1. My case was returned with shade 1M1. Which is much darker then anticipated. Now when smiling you can see that my front teeth and back teeth are two different color shades. since the back teeth appear to be a bit brighter I was hoping to have the front six teeth redone to match that shade. ****************** refused to redo and asked that I pay an additional $6000
