This complaint is relating to evidence of animal ***** and ************* On March 29, 2022 I went to pick up my dog from boarding at this facility. Prior to seeing the dog, I was told everything went great with his stay and I paid the bill. When the brought my dog out, he was ********** ******** from his front ***** and his ***** was in ****** - ********** he had been **** up for a period of time and had ****** through his *********** This is suppose to be a "**** ****** ******** experience and according to their policy they ********* tie **** *** My dog now ******** medical ********** The manager gave no explanation and simply offered to buy me a new ****** This is not an acceptable resolution and not only would I like to be fully ******** for my stay but I'd like someone to investigate the ********* there as this is really ******** ********** behavior by a company ********* with animal ********Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/05/11) */ Good morning, The following is a response to a recent complaint brough against us that we would love the opportunity to address. ****** ***** cites events at our ****** City location in March where they felt their dog was ********** and our response was *************** If the complainant would like to reach out to me directly, I would very much like to address their concerns. In the complaint, they relay that they requested a refund in full for services provided but were met with minimal reimbursement. Our records show a refund in full was placed on ********** outside of the financial reimbursement, an open dialogue to discuss their experiences and areas where we can make immediate improvements to ensure better service and care for our dogs would be incredibly beneficial to us.
