BUYER BEWARE!!!Placed an order back in June 2023, never received an invoice but they had no problem charging my card. Called for months, left multiple voice-mails for months with no reply. Finally had to dispute the charges. Don't do business with this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a transmission crossmember on 9/22/2022 for $297.45. I called for a status on delivery. They stated their vendor no longer makes the part. They will send me a check in the mail. I never received payment. I emailed them, emails get bounced back undeliverable. They do not pick up their phone or return voicemails. Horrible customer service! Learn from my mistake, take your business somewhere else.

Horrible. Do not order from them. I specifically asked for a 3 in rear drop and and 2in front drop for my 70 Cadillac. I paid almost ************************************************************ saying this. The kit is finally installed paid a ton in labor. They ended up s******* my order up and sending me 3 in drop front springs and 2 in drop rear springs. *** tried calling them for 3 days now about 5 voicemails and 2 emails. **** answer, wont call me back. Horrible customer service. Now Im stuck my with car sitting up in rear and way too low in front which I wanted the opposite. Apparently now I have to live with this with THEIR mistake. Do not use them nor order any parts you will surely regret !

I normally do not write negative reviews, but after multiple phone calls and emails with ***** in customer service, I have a set of $300 spring that wont work for my application. I ordered a set of 3" drop rear coil springs for my 67 thunderbird. Unfortunately, when I installed them, they dropped the car 4.5", not 3". I pulled them back out of the car and compared them to the height of my stock springs. They were approx 2.5" shorter (which should have worked), but they were also made from a smaller diameter spring wire. The thinner spring wire doesn't support the weight of the car so it dropped it another 1.5 " lower which is 50% lower than I wanted. I called and emailed several times and included pictures (with measurements) attached with my emailed comparing the stock springs with the Jamco set. The answer I received from ***** was that the engineer made them correctly, and that my car must have heavy duty springs and that is why there was a difference. This was not true since the car was 100 percent original and no heavy duty springs were offered from the factory for this car (I checked). What likely happened is the technician used the wrong spring wire when he made the set. After telling ***** I would write a negative review if I didn't get some help, he said he would have another set made, but over 4 months later and no new springs. Jamco needs to take customer service seriously.
