Months ago, I had looked around for sites that have contests for cutest babies, as I believe my little guy would win. Viewbug came up in a search and it seemed legit. I entered the contest and didn't visit the site again. I started to receive emails a few days later, most of them seeming to be just promotional. Then, I started to receive more emails more often, stating that I have rewards or achievements. The emails then started to indicate last chance "deals", based on no particular timeframe. The emails started to get more frequent and more annoying, so I unsubscribed. Well, apparently unsubscription means nothing to this company. So I attempted to mute, ignore, and block the emails. However, I'm still receiving them. This needs to stop, as I had not paid for any membership and I didn't sign up for anything. Please help.

I have a free account on VIEWBUG.com for photography. Which shows on my end is free and have been getting charged $13.99 a month for the last 3 months. I have called and emailed and cannot get a response. I need the membership canceled since I didnt sign up for one and its charging me. There is no way for me to cancel since it is saying its free. I emailed with photos and ** not getting charged another $13.99 next month for this. I do not like they are not responding and will delete my account after I get this resolved. My card is not even listed on my sode of the account and Im still getting charged. I cant even delete it since its not there. There is no subscriptions so how can you charge me. Thats me as you kept my card on file and charged me regardlesss. I want that removed also. I would like someone to respond to something before I have to go to the bank and put a stop on this business.

Paying for a subscription annually. No notice given of when the annual renewal would be due, funds to the tune of 280USD debit from my account. Had I had the reminder that it had been 1 year, or closing in on 1 year, I would have cancelled the subscription. I have been earning coins with them (their buy items reward system) but everything worth "cashing out" coins for, have been out of stock for YEARS. It is impossible to get a hold of a real person. I have sent emails to them, I have submit request through their website form. Nobody gets back to me. I am disputing the charge with my bank, however, it is looking pretty bleak.

There are several transactions, as this was a subscription service. The dates would all be around the first of each month, give or take a few days. I am filing this complaint because ViewBug does not wish to accommodate the refunds I have requested. I requested refund(s) because throughout my PAID subscription, I would often encounter an issue where I was unable to use all of the features available to paid members. Viewbug has record of each time I contacted them for the issues, but refuses to compensate me for the loss of services, claiming that transactions past 30 days are blocked by the bank. Furthermore, this is a site where photographers, such as myself, upload their best work, and paid members have the ability to download all of their photos. After I cancelled my subscription, there were still three days left for me to take advantage of my paid membership, but the download feature, as well as upload feature, were unavailable. I sent in a support request, only to be ignored until I wrote again. They claim to have sent several emails, but I have not received them, they're not in my inbox, or in my spam/junk folders. I get the emails that they have sent a secure message on their site, but nothing else. They claim that my inability to upload or download is the fault of my browser, which is ridiculous, because I have never used another browser to access their site from my computer, which is where 100% of my photos were uploaded from. I even followed their instructions to clear my internet cache, to no avail, although I did have to log back into all of my other sites that I had stored passwords for, an inconvenience, at best, a detriment to my ********** of ******** Affairs logins at worst. I want them to accept accountability, refund the monies for the last six times that I have made them aware of the intermittent issue and stop blaming their customers when their site developers want to gather data from people that have these issues.

I joined Viewbug, as a free member. I posted over 60 photos, and now my account (which I've had since Sept of 2023), has only 2 photos left and all reward points I had are gone. I have contacted Viewbug to find out what has happened to my photos (as that is really all I care about) and they do not respond. All I want is to know where my photos are and for them not to use them, without my permission. At least 2 of the photos supposedly won awards on the site. Those are also gone.

When I signed up for a free ViewBug, then I signed up for a paid account. It was only $4.95 for a month which I have had an account for about a year or so.There are viewbug "awards" given at random that I think are more like participation certificates than anything based on skill. Now if you win one of their significant contests is a poor joke.Even then, when you win, you have to pay to get the prize they say you won or the prize they award you.I won a prize, so they say. When asked about it, I can pick it up at their office located at **************************************************************************************, or they can send it to me first; then they say that they can bring it to me only catch if I pick it up I have to pay the Prize Officer they call him a $100 or if they bring it to me I had to pay $300 for a prize they say I won.It feels like they are trying to sell me something instead of me winning it.Overall, it's a cheap joke that convinces people to spend money while it offers very little in return. The only thing I found helpful on the site is searching for photos for inspiration. Please take my advice and use a different website.I kept all communication between us when they said I won a prize and their lack of the English language was a red flag coming from a big business.

I tried accessing my photography site on viewbug and cannot as it is locked to outsiders and yes, even this paying member. Despite cleared payment, I can't get into the site to upload photos and run my business. I can't contact customer service because my account blocks me from accessing them. The founder reached out privately only after six months, and promptly ignored my needs when I expressed my concern and the obvious need for a refund. False advertising is at play here and I have paid this company for absolutely nothing, which identifies our transaction as theft!
