I just dinned at Los Moles in El Cerrito Ca as it was our first time here and we were celebrating my daughters graduation. First off it was the worst service ever! Second the waitress offered chips, salsa and guacamole which we said yes too. Waitress never once disclosed that there would be a charge for chips, salsa and guacamole. Me and my daughters finished eating. I asked for the check and to my surprise there was a $12 charge for chips and guacamole and a $4 charge for Salsa that I never received. I kindly asked the waitress why she never informed me that there would be an xtra charge for these items and she rudely responded I dont have to!. EXCUSE ME!! I then spoke with management his name was ********************* and he stated that they dont have to disclose if there is a charge for those items. I made myself clear that this was against the law and I would take further action. So here I am reporting this injustice to you the BBB and I would like my money back!
