I ordered a computer case ***********************s via their website on Thursday, December 15th, to arrive in time for Christmas. The order was being shipped to a different address than the billing address. I received an email two days later, on Saturday, stating that they can't ship the package to me because the address is different than the billing address and to reply to them if I want to ship, otherwise they will cancel my order. I replied to their email the same day explaining that it is a Christmas present and I need it to be delivered to the specified address. I received no response, I called the number listed online on Monday morning and spoke with someone with whom I gave my order information and was told I would receive a return call that day. I never received a return call. I emailed again Monday evening, and got not response. I called again three times on Tuesday from the same number I called from on Monday and kept ringing to a voicemail box that was full so I called right back from a different number for the fourth time and got an answer. The person answering said that she had written the order number down with a Z instead of a V and corrected the order info and said that someone would call me back. Someone did finally call me back only to say that they are not Vetroo but a shipping hub only and they have no record of my order and they cannot give me any other phone number to call, that communication is email only because the company is in *****. They have taken my money ********************** present and ***************************** present because of their customer service practices and who knows how difficult it will be to get my money back if I can't even get anyone to communicate with me regarding my order.Business response
