March 26, ********************************* **********, location: *****************************, I noticed that an item I had picked up was being sold for a higher price at the cash register than what was listed on the shelf. I found this discrepancy quite surprising. When I brought it to the attention of the store manager, I expressed my concern about the situation, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. The shelf price indicated $.99, yet at the register, it rang up as $1.47. The item is the Good Karma Oatmilk + barista. I usually buy about 12 of these items that I use to make my smoothies at home. I also had in my car other items like Oddly Good All-In ******* listed on the shelf at $0.99 and at the cash register rang for $0.99, correctly. In good faith I shared with the cashier that their price on the shelf for the Good Karma Oatmilk + barista item(s) was different. He volunteered to call the store manager. What disappointed me further was the indifferent response from the store manager, which made for a truly unpleasant customer experience. So, I decided not to purchase the items at a price different than indicated to a customer shopping. It is not my job to ensure that the items are priced correctly, it is the store managers job. As a customer I do not know what types of errors the employees at Grocery Outlet make. It is reasonable for me to trust the price listed on the shelves, especially when the price of the item next to it is correct.Item - Good Karma Oatmilk + Barista (discrepancy)Price listed on the shelf: $0.99 for a total (12 items) = $11.88 Price listed at the register: $1.47 for 12 items, that is a total of $17.64 Item - Oddly Good All-In Barista Price listed on the shelf: $0.99 for a total (12 items) = $11.88 correct Price listed at the register: $0.99 for a total (12 items) = $11.88 correct customer service ticket #***** - I still have not heard from this Grocery Outlet operator in *********.

I purchased a gift card online on 2/10/24. I have not received the product in the mail after 14 days. I sent 3 emails, left 3 voicemails and called numerous times with no one answering nor responding. I was asking for a refund of $250, as I never received the product after 21 days. The post office is no help at all after contacting them 7 times, all I know is I paid $250 for a product that never came and Grocery outlet totally ignored my six attempts. This is the business address.********************************************************************** ************

On Sunday my family and, I went to Grocery Outlet at, ************************************************. after church for Sunday dinner. After we where done shopping we made our way to the check out. Once my wife had got threw paying for the dinner with a foodstamp card that the school had sent a few days after son summer break begain, the check out ***** began to give us a hard time. One he knew we paid with foodstamps and bags are free when customers are paying with foodstamps. He gave us the wrong that he said wasn't free, then gave us paper bags that breaks at the bottom to throw the plastic bag away on his on mistake. He was very disrespectful and very stand off because of our color! I video tape the thing. I asked what was the point because do to covdit19 he couldn't give the bags he took back from my family to another customer. He then threw the bags in trash. I asked for manager and told her I was video and she didn't do anything to fix the problem cause she was his race and didn't care either. I did call corporate and no one called me back at all! Im going take video to news after I file this complaint here.
