      Ordered a Time teller watch from Nixon custom build on 2/28/2023 for $162.00. payment transaction went through on march 2nd. So I spent $162 for a functioning watch, it arrived march 6th broken. dial does not show correct time and cant keep up with time rendering it unusable. I got this watch for my new job because I need to know the time since I wont be carrying around a phone. I contacted them using the sites chat service asking for help. They said I would need to send it back and wait up to a month/min 15 business days. It is unfair to deny a refund for a brand new item that was delivered broken and I cant wait that long while also down $162 so I asked for a refund and they continuously said they will only do a repair. I said I could still send it back but would not be waiting for a repair. They have now resorted to ignoring me.order number ********** tracking number:940011690157853252058

      I ordered the Kensington Leather - Black watch on May 13, 2022, paid $121.22, and received it within a week. I only wore it when going out, not at home, so I didn't wear it much, due to not going out much during the pandemic, but by mid-June I had realized that it was very slow, and it seemed especially to slow down only when I was wearing it, not when it was sitting on my dresser. I called, told them this, and was given a service order on June 21, 2022,, mailed the watch in, and received the watch back within a few weeks. However, once again, I gradually realized it was running slow, and once again, it seemed to happen only when I was wearing it, which was infrequently, so it took a while for me to realize the problem still existed. I called again and received another service order on September 12, 2022, mailed it in again, back it came, but it was still slow. I called once again. This time I asked for my money back, but the woman on the phone said that wasn't possible, too much time had gone by since I purchased it. I stressed with her that the problem only happens when I'm wearing it, so they need to test it that way before sending it back to me. She said she would put in a note about this. So I received my third service order on October 26, 2022, and I sent the watch in; I included a note saying it only happened when I was wearing it. I received the watch back within a few weeks. And it is still very slow (10 minutes within a few hours). Now I was pretty angry. I called and demanded to just have my money back. She insisted it was not possible, she had no capability to do that. She wanted me to send it in a fourth time, saying they would do something different technically this time that would work. I do not want to send it in again. I just want my money back. I would be happy to send it to them, if they send me a ship free label, for them to keep, but only if I first get my full $121.22 back.
