After sitting overnight, I came out to a driveway full of collant.I wish to have an independent shop or mediator look at my car and determine if the parts and labor that I paid should have corrected the initial issue. This is the reason I took the car to the shop, it was leaking coolant.2k dollars later, I am still leaking collant.Business response

***** brought his car in after buying it from an auction, asked us to do an inspection, check his battery issue and check his coolant leaks. We found his alternator faulty and source of coolant leaks. ***** initially declined any repairs to the alternator and coolant system. He then decided he wanted to bring his own parts for the alternator repair only with the intent to smog and sell. After repairs completed, he was unable to smog due to a check engine light. We checked the light, addressed the problem with the secondary air system. ***** then took the car again, was still unable to smog due to having to drive the vehicle to get smog monitors to pass which cant be done with a large coolant leak. He asked us to fix the coolant leak but do the minimum possible repairs to save money. While performing coolant repairs, after removal of the intake system to access the water pump and thermostat, we found someone had modified some of the coolant hoses for an unknown reason, large amount of silicone everywhere and unfortunately seeps and leaks from many components. It was clear whoever worked on this car last did a terrible job.
We fixed his issues at minimum possible expense per his request and pressure tested the cooling system. No leaks were found.
The customer reached out to us that it is still leaking and what looks like a secondary air hose loose is also loose.
The customer has not brought the vehicle back to us so we can check our repairs and see what is leaking.
The customer still has an unpaid invoice of $659.
Our repairs have a 2 year 24k mile warranty.
We are more than happy to take a look at the car and see what's going on, my suspicion is a clamp or seal of some sort didn't hold.

I was recommended to replace my *** valve while they had the supercharger off. No time did I request to skip over, or insinuate we should cut corners in replacing any of the plastic parts while we had both hoods open, car and supercharger.
i did request they replace any and all collant related items needed to drive car safely.
The leaking collant was the main issue I dropped the car in for an estimate, which I had the modify only to not replace the *** valve as my car was to be resold shortly after I pick up from the shop.
I was told the car was ready, my invoice of almost **** dollars was paid when I picked up my car.
i drove from ********* to ***************, 18 miles of driving back roads.
Soon as I arrived home, I smelled collant see video
I called shop to tell them, I was greeted by, oh yea we forget , you have 2 invoices
I believe if the shop saw things not correctly assembled by the previous owner, replated to any collant pipe under the supercharger, the would have inspected, pressure tested while supercharger was removed to visually see any and all leaks.
I will not be returning to have them replaced a plastic pipe and get charged additionally for removing supercharger again.
If the shop wants to complete a inspection while they remove the supercharger again under their warranty, I will be glad to return my car there and pay for parts only relating to the water leak.
I will look at this invoice they manufactured after I left the shop at the time I return and settle separately from this collant leak issue.
see video of what I was greeted with when arriving home from shop
