I purchased a wedding ring for my wife from AG Jewelers in ********* ********** this year, and agreed to use their payment method of $140 a month to pay off a ring that cost ***** dollars. The payments have been coming out of my account every two weeks, and I have not missed a payment, I have record of every transaction. I am now seeing a major negative impact on my credit score stating that I have made no payments. I have been unable to contact the Jewelry store for resolution of this problem and believe I have been scammed.Initial Complaint

On January 22, 2021, I applied and was approved for the $10,000 credit line with AG Jewelers, and paid $149.99. AG Jewelers promised to report the credit line / limit to the credit reporting agencies Experian, Equifax and Transunion. This credit line also helps their clients build and strengthen their personal credit, which is the reason I decided to apply for it. 17 months later, this credit line wasn't reported to any of the credit bureaus, as promised. It's been well over 1 year, and the company hasn't done what it has promised. I reached out to the company multiple times for a refund, but they're refusing to issue me a refund, although they hadn't done anything for me, nor have they fulfilled their promise. They took my money without providing me a product or service. I want my money back. They were dishonest in their claims to help people build their personal credit by reporting the $10,000 line of credit to the credit bureaus, if they were approved for it. I was approved for the line of credit, but AG Jeweler's, who now goes by the name of Intrigue Jewelers, hasn't fulfilled their obligation, as promised.Initial Complaint

February 2020. Ive paid over 2K ($200 every month). I bought a necklace for Mothers Day, they said they would send it to the address I provided (its correct). 2 years later the necklace was never delivered, and when I called they found the issue. The order was never put through on their end. I was told Id receive a call back but never did. I seek justice.Initial Complaint

I purchased a watch a few months ago. My watch broke and went to go get it fixed. I never got my watch back. I have paid it off but have still been getting charged every two weeks. For the last several months. No one will answer the phone. Seems that no stores are open.Initial Complaint

I opened an account with them to purchase jewelry, after opening the account they have taken out monthly payment but never reported it to any credit of the bureaus I have tried to contact them via email to get my account statements and close the account but I have not heard anything back other than theyll look into it Their phones are disconnected and the store front in ******** is now closed.Initial Complaint

This business offers a $10,000 credit line/trade line to help boost ur credit for a 1 time fee with no obligation to buy anything. I paid $310.50 for this service and never received the tradeline. I have sent many messages. I've been told to wait longer, told that more information was coming soon, and recently I have gotten no reply back. Complete scam.Initial Complaint

I applied with this company due to their guaranteed approval and because they also state that they report to all 3 credit bureaus even if you don't make a purchase. The membership fee of $149.99 was debited from my account on January 7th 2021. According to the agreement I signed, the membership is to "initiate the account". The site guarantees approval for $10,000 line of credit and report to 3 credit bureaus. I has never shown on my credit reports.
