      On January 14, 2022, Adept Plumbing installed a tankless water heater. On January 19, 2022 I tried to file for a rebate. The rebate required a copy of the original receipt or a detailed invoice from the installer to complete, which I did not receive. I got busy and tried to file again in April. Knowing I needed this information, I texted ****************** on April 10, 2022 and requested this. I received no response to my text. On April 20, 2022, I called ****************** and he did not answer. His message said that he was more responsive to texts. Since I had already texted, I left a voicemail message. He did not respond. On April 29, 2022, I both called and texted. At this time I told him that if I didn't hear from him, I would be filing a complaint. I received a text response that he would "organize that right away for me." I thanked him and waited. On May 10, 2022, I texted him again requesting a copy of the receipt or a detailed invoice and gave him a deadline of Thursday May 12, 2022 to get it do me. I still have not received a response or the information. His unwillingness to get me the necessary information is costing me potentially thousands of dollars in rebates and tax refunds.
