I went in for a root canal consultation, in august of this year and paid $215 out of pocket and was told that I would be reimbursed once my insurance provider paid them, I have Delta Dental x3, but have not been, I have called multiple times and did everything they asked. They had wanted all my insurance information, which I have provided. Being a new college student in a new area I had just started school and was referred to this dentist. I am new trying to navigate the system and the dentist has just given me the run around. Today 11/16/22 I called again and they told me they have not received anything and they are not in the network of Delta Dental, this is the 1st time I have been told this information. It took me 2 weeks to finally get a hold of someone in the office. I finally used a different phone and that is when they finally answered my call. I am beginning to think that they took my money and sent me on my way. As they would not do the root canal and that was at my 2nd office visit. So at the end of the day it does not seem like a normal dentist office, trust me I have been at the dentist so many times I know how a dentist should be, they should have been able to tell me at my 1st visit they could not help **** am looking for some assistance, whether they haven't billed my insurance, if they have I would not know that information as my dad carries my insurance with his wife and they do not talk with me. But like I said I had given them all that information up front.Business response
