We purchased a new construction from Silvermark in March 2022. We signed paperwork that stated that the house was complete except the items that we listed on the form. Silvermark guaranteed that they would fix the items. They did not. The initial reason Silvermark gave was that they were short staffed. That was understandable because a lot of companies were. However, they would send someone who was not qualified to do the repairs and the person would say the repairs were outside their expertise. We continued to contact Silvermark and they would give other reason why they couldn't complete the work. We eventually stopped calling because it was frustrating and nothing was being resolved. Jan 18, 2023 was our last interaction with Silvermark because our constant calling and emailing was getting nowhere. When we contacted Silvermark in January we spoke with ********* who assured us that she has been in her line of work for over 10 years and our repairs will get fixed. I reminded her about how long it had been and that most of the items on the list were still not completed. We have slowly been making the repairs on our own but we do not feel like that is fair. I regret doing business with Silvermark and will not recommend them to anyone else because they did not complete the job. ********* let me know that other homeowners who purchased a new construction from Silvermark were unhappy as well. We are seriously considering getting together with the other homeowners and starting a class action suit. Silvermark took advantage of an area that was devastated by a fire and decided to build a bunch of incomplete houses. I have attached the paperwork that we signed and the list of items that needed to be fixed but were not.Initial Complaint

10/22/23 - Heater does not work properly and this has been ongoing for over 6 months. They have ignored many requests to get the heater repaired. They came out and have struggled to find the problem. They are now saying they are waiting on parts for the heater. They have been saying waiting on parts for almost 3 months. This company is very unresponsive to any request for warranty work. They provided the heater for our Richmond home and are not honoring the work in a timely manner. We have been more than patient but emails go unanswered.We are working with warranty rep for ******** as well, and they ignore his requests. I have several emails going back and forth on this issue. We have written emails with little to no communication. Service is terrible at this company.
