This company fixed and flipped the home that we purchased. They didnt close out their electric permit. They lied about having a new water heater installed and lied about getting a new furnace. We just discovered evidence of termites under the vapor barrier in the crawl space. We noticed a new patch of subfloor under the back bedroom and under the vapor barrier below the new patch was the termite infested wood. Now we will have to pay for termite remediation and they illegally lied on our purchase agreements. They checked no termites but they are the ones that did the shady repair without removing the problem. They lied about having their handyman out to fix a leak in an exterior wall. On our purchase agreement it said that they would fix the leak. They didnt. The siding was peeling off of the chimney and water was pouring inside the wall and down into the crawl space. They lied about every single thing that they advertised but this was our first home we ever purchased and our realtor wasnt really helpful with this level of deceit. This company should not exist and they should not be allowed to continue like this.
