We are a large Pressure washer distributor in the eastern ************* with 14 locations ************************* We have displayed at the Farm Science show for many years as a larger vendor. We were approached a couple of weeks before the show this year about a attendee list that your company sells . We determined it would be a good choice to send emails out to invite potential customers to the 3 booths we display. Dateline appears as this August 26th started negotiation on cost , ********************* was email contact representing your company , offered initial product at what he says discount price $2300 , we decided too much , then he came back with what he said added coupons $1700 (quite a drop) then he came back at $1500 . By the way I have ALL copies of emails from this salesperson . then once we did approve the cost he stated they needed (You can make the payment via ACH/WIRE/Zelle.) We are a corporate company that pays with check and or our credit cards and operates off purchase order systems . We conduct business this way with all vendors . Later that day , he sent saying ***** or overnight check I had to fill out first the request and put into system , which I sent the screen shot of the process . we send everything out **** to vendors and with no need to track . At this point we were weary of the push and ethics of this salesperson . he kept asking for tracking number even though accounting said we sent it ****. Check was sent by our team the same day August 26th . We figured 5 days for you to receive funds , we were given address by salesperson . on the 29th I get another email , where is the payment , I repeated and said we sent it and you should receive it this week . The salesman further to say he was checking to alert his accounting team the check and payment is on the way .Continued badgering occurred from this salesperson on and for a tracking number , when I made it clear in several emails how it was sent per corporate procedures .
