Read the other reviews! This company ***** big time! *****************, my broker at this company, ***** told me a true statement! Original price, $400 to take my car from ***** to *******. At 1 day prior to pickup, the price disappeared. But he instantly found a better open trailer for $550. Then the hassle really began. The new driver comes for the car about 7 hours late. He demands an additional $50 for my packed personal items. I hand him my contract. I point to the paragraph which states I may pack up to 150 pounds of my personal items. Driver blows up! I didnt sign any contract with you! I dont care what your contract says! I would not budge. Finally he decided to fill the last open slot on his trailer with my car and forego the attempted hold up. Come delivery time 3 days later. Every 3 hours over 3 days, ***************** would assure me, every day, the driver is on his way right now! Hes very close. I ASSURE YOU HE WILL BE THERE BY 5pm. That was all day on a Monday until they decided it was too dark. The driver himself would never answer a call or a text, Never! Tuesday was almost an exact replay. At 2 pm, they were 1.5 hours away. Again it got dark before they could get here. ***************** would make me the same empty promises every 3 hours. I finally simply got tired of hearing his ********. The customer gives them a deposit. They seem to have zero obligation to do anything after that. Drive your own car or find another shipper! This is the worst company I can imagine. Read the reviews first! They have a history of the same ********. TheIR GENERAL BUSINESS PRACTICE SEEMS TO BE- Jack ** the Price! The price you SIGN A CONTRACT IS TOTALLY MEANINGLESS!*****************. You are a sorry LIAR. YOU NEVER ONCE YOLD ME ANY TRUTH. YOU ARE A SCAMMER! You held me hostage for 3 days with your ********. As a logistical shipper, you might make a good dishwasher or similar. Personally I think you are a nasty person I never want to deal with ever again. ** Yours you jerk!

****, took my money and ran. Stopped answering phone calls and made it impossible to find other carriers. STEER CLEAR

The worst business ethics and tactics I have ever seen from a transport. Posted a vehicle to ship, they called offer to ship the vehicle for $400. Said it was because they had a 9 car hauler with 1 spot to fill. Said it would be picked up the next day and delivered the same day or next. I confirmed before agreeing. Then other transport companies warned me that this was a scam and that they would come up with a story of how that fell through and they have another transport than can do it at a much higher rate. I had 3 different companies tell me this was how it would go and to check their better business bureau review.Low and behold, I followed up two days later and car still had not picked up. Came up with a story that the truck broke down but they do have someone available to pick it up. But this was a premium trailer and the cost would be $800, DOUBLE the agreed upon amount.Then when I told them I was warned this would happen and to refund me my money and cancel the order or I would leave reviews, contact bbb and attorney general he found an option for $650. I continued to tell him my disappointment and then he got it to $550. I was not happy but said to just ship it, magically that truck was gone and not available and that he would try on Monday.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM, fraudulent and classic bait and switch. BE CAREFUL!

I needed my car transported from ******** to ****. And voyager transported it for me.: at first there was miscommunication on my part but this guy ******************* did a great job handling the situation and i was happy to receive my car thanks to *******************

*** quoted me a price of ****** for a vette and trike from ** to ******** ******* but when it came time couldn't get a driver but he'll work on it. *** called back but now wanted ******** I said no and was ****** . I asked him straight out if he was a broker and he said no those pictures of trailers are his. all a lie. The 2 guys that showed up at 9:30 am where very nice and everything went smoothe. It's now 5:00 dinner time and get a notice he was trying to charge my card for another ****** deposit so had to close my acct. I would never use this company again.

This company is a f***** scam quoted me $460 to ship both my motorcycles so I get paid n set it up before the snow hit first he tells me he is waiting on his driver to stop before giving me a price when it was already agreed on $460 then makes the excuse the weather was to dangerous for the route when it wasnt even snowing this company is ******** and there DOT SHOULD BE PULLED

A complete scam. Im mad at myself for not reading the reviews before doing business with this company. Beware: they will low ball you, then quote you double the original quote after you give them a non refundable deposit and youre out of luck. From reading other comments this is their normal way of doing business.

On 06/23/2023, I got a quote for $575 and signed the agreement for shipping my car from *** Nuys, ** to ********. I gave the company a $160 as reservation for the pick up on 06/23/2023 with $415 due on delivery. I dealt with *********************** and he promised that the car would be picked up by noon that day, 06/23/2023, just like it stated in the contract. Immediately, I paid this company the reservation fee, he does not want to pick my call but keep on saying he could not get the driver any longer. On the 23rd, I had contact with ******* several times and he keeps on talking about the contract I signed, these guys are just using that contract as a bait. It was supposed to be picked up by noon, *********************** sent a message and stated he said he would check on the driver and call me back. I called him several times and he keep on dropping the calls. He said the driver is on his way and would be there shortly. At 6pm I called and he said he would send another driver, but it will cost $1100 and I would have to make a second deposit of $100 and sign a new contract. On 06/24/2023, I sent a text a message to him and he responded he does not care that no one can satisfy all customers. I sent the reviews about his company I found online. I called him in the morning and he refused to pick my call. I looked on ****** and l find a number linking to his office and when I called I was redirected to his line, I asked him what is the status of the shipment. He stated he could only get $1700 driver and that I should wait again. To be honest, this company is a SCAM and everyone working there are scammers too. This guy "***********************" listed my vehicle on the loading board for $1200 and sent me snapshots that I have been working with different brokers. This company is really a scam.

made appt for ****-2023, called day before pickup they told me i would get email morning of **** with driver info. Called morning of pickup was informed that transport would be there and email would follow shortly with driver info and time frame. Called back 4 hrs later and got message stating they were out of office, unable to leave voice mail, tried email with no results.. I would stay away from this company ********
