Failing to provide a proper and professional service. Along with addiction issues come mental health problems and as part of the kings view umbrella I expected an approach that would be conducive to therapy and I have received countless verbal attacks and abuse from the kings view staff. They have taken my money and rendered a lack of service and when I try to get service they change my appointments, call and leave no message, change dates and times, accuse me of not answering calls. A counselor told me she is paid to pretend to care.Customer response

Overview:
This client was dismissed from the *** program on 5/16/23 for going past 21-days without being seen for his scheduled sessions. Client owed Kings View $379.00 for services received and came in on 2/26/24 and paid $380.00. The client was scheduled to Reinstate into the *** program on 4/29/24 but came to that appointment late and had to be reschedule.The State of California has very ****** rules regarding attendance. Once the meeting has started with the clients, no one can enter late, they must be rescheduled.
