On August 6, 2024, we visited RV Country and identified the 2023 ************ Reflection 367BHS as the ideal ** for our needs. We decided to proceed with the purchase on August 7, 2024, despite finding a similar, newer model at the same price elsewhere, due to our positive history with RV Country and its proximity to our home.During the purchasing process, ******* assured us that not only would the ** be delivered to our park, but **** their service man said they would repair the initial issues at our ** park. This was highly appealing as we are temporarily working in ****** and residing in the **.However, we encountered several issues with the ** that we need to address:1.Pre-Delivery Condition: Despite assurances that all issues would be resolved before delivery, it was clear that the necessary repairs and preparations were not completed beforehand. The walkthrough on August 14, 2024, with **** highlighted additional concerns, which were to be addressed during a subsequent service visit. Broken kitchen table, lights missing from stairs in hallway, broken skylight and more.2.Post-Delivery Issues: After delivery, we observed multiple issues including:oTrim pieces falling off inside the **.oA mismatched piece of trim in the bedroom.oA door that does not close properly and a water leak that will eventually cause major damage to the ** These issues should have been identified and resolved before delivery, given that the ** is purportedly brand new.We are deeply disappointed with the service we have received thus far. It is essential for us to have these issues addressed promptly and comprehensively to restore our confidence in RV Country's customer service.RV Country Response

Dear BBB ***** lives in the trailer part right next to our dealership. They wanted to purchase the Reflection from us but found it at the coast for a few thousand cheaper. To help incentivize them to purchase local we explained that we would be willing to take the reflection to the trailer park for them with our forklift and if they had any service work needed we could work with them to pick up their unit with a fork lift since they do not have a truck to tow the *** We never agreed to provide mobile service. Our insurance doesn't cover remote service work. Our sales person has text transcripts and audio transcripts through the *** that show him saying we would be willing to pick it up with a fork lift if needed. We have sent these to the customers to show her we never said we would do mobile repair work, she is still calling us a liar. We do have a right to refuse to provide warranty work under our ************ manufacturer's agreement. We will continue to provide service as long as our staff is treated with respect. We had a wonderful purchase experience from RV Country at ********, **. We set up the purchase of our new Entegra Anthem at a distance and when we arrived to take delivery, we were pleased to find the ************ figures were exactly as promised with no extra fees or surprises. The pre-delivery experience was excellent with all our questions answered. The coach was clean and in excellent condition when we took delivery. We have purchased several motorhomes and this was the best purchase/delivery experience ever.Review from Darlene V

I purchased a travel trailer in May that has a few dents, scratches & flooring issues that needs repair. It has been @ their in house shop where they have been pointing fingers at each other & the manufacturer. They might have the parts by the end of July. Meanwhile, I have been making payments on a travel trailer that I have not used & is still waiting for simple repairs. At this point I want my money back they can keep the trailer they cant seem to make right. To All, make purchases with caution with this company.Review from Sara R

About 7 weeks ago we had work done on our ************ toy hauler that we live in full time. The roof when we brought it in was defective. ***** and ***** at ******* WA went above and beyond to help us get 1/2 of our roof replacement covered by ************ even though it was technically out of warranty. The roof was wavy and had major issues that both ***** and ***** speculated were caused by the original boards being installed too tight or something structural that needed addressed. A few weeks later we picked up our unit and paid almost $7,000 for our part of the roof **** (************ paying the rest). No one said anything about not completely repairing our roof. In April we took our RV on a trip to see my elderly parents in **. On our trip our roof membrane began lifting off of the roof while driving. After having another company take a look at the roof we discovered that RV Country hadn't fixed our roof at all and instead only placed a thin plywood layer on top of the original buckled/wavy roof and then the white rubber membrane on top of it. Basically, our messed up roof was covered up and not replaced or repaired at all. The roof under what they covered was a disaster and should have never been dealt with that way. If RV Country would have looked deeper into our roof like they said they were, then all of this could have been avoided, plus ************ would have helped pay to fix it. The new company fixed the roof properly and we had to pay again to actually make the repairs. Not to mention, our trip was ruined, we had to pay hotel and accommodations for two weeks while it was fixed. We have tried reaching out to RV Country and cannot get anyone to help us. We feel lied to, cheated and completely discarded. I own two businesses and I would never treat my customers the way we have been treated. Its been two weeks and nobody at RV Country will reach out. They have a 90 day warranty but I keep getting the run around on who is going help us.RV Country Response

We've reached out to the Robinsons to gather more information. We determined we didn't not correctly repair their roof. We are reimbursing them for the repair and taking action to see why and how we failed. Our goal is to learn from this experience and provide constructive coaching to our staff.RV Country OwnershipReview from Eddie M

Horrible company! Bought our unit brand new needed some repairs when we picked up the repairs still were not made. We have signed documentation from the service and finance manager and here we are over a year later still waiting for repairs. Espy is by far the worst service advisor I have ever dealt with. This company is c*** and will will lie just to make a sell. save your time and money and go else where.RV Country Response

We regret ******************* feels we misled him on the type of service work provided. At the time of delivery on his new Heritage ***** trailer, ******************** signed and acknowledge RV Country does not provide mobile service. The form states "I/We future acknowledge that RV Country does not make service calls away form their location and it is my/our responsibility to get my/our RV to RV Country or anther authorized dealer for manufacturer warranty repair." Unfortunately, we cannot attach the form to this review. RV Country stands ready, willing, and able to address ******************** manufacturer warranty concerns or items we agreed to address prior to him taking possession on his new RV. We understand ******************** may not agree with our policies. He can choose to contact a mobile tech to address concerns. We more than happy to provide him of several that we would recommend.RV Country OwnershipReview from Richard S

We bought a Evolight from the Black Diamond facility. We were excited on buying our first new RV. This travel trailer is junk. We took it in for a slider problem and they stated they replaced the slider rails and motor. After the first week the slider failed once again. We took it to ******* for our first long haul trip and when we got to ******* our Air Conditioner failed. Had to have a service repair come out and tried to service and get it running. He advised we need a new unit. The one on my Rv was there lowest in quality. When we finished our trip the drawers under the seats fell apart. As well as the upper and lower trim inside the Rv was laying all over the interior and we were shocked. I know I went back to where we bought it and got the door slammed in our face. The sales man snickered at us and he said they are a dime a dozen and he couldnt come close to trading it in to the value we bought for. Then had nothing to do with us after that. I told him he should be a shame to sell this s*** !!! Hope he can sleep at night. Much more to go on but I hope you get me point. DONT BUY FROM RV COUNTRY very poor customer service. Forest River should stop this from happening. At least my old ***** was well built.RV Country Response

******************************* complaint has been brought to our attention. After reviewing the timeline of the transaction and deal processing, we found Mr. ********* posting of his transaction occurred in a timely manner. Our corporate office is in ****** ** where our admin staff processes customer transactions for all fifteen locations. We will not pay off trades until the deals has been funded. Mr. ********* contact was delayed more than a week with lender, BOM. With the ** season ramping up, *** like many other national lenders found themselves running behind on funding deals for more than a week. Once the deal has been funded, the file is then put in a que to be posted ,which allows payoff funds to be generated. ******************** did make another payment to cover his due date prior to RV Country paying both trades off. His lender will credit him the difference of the payoff and balance after his last payment. We find ******************** comments regarding fraud and unethical business practices as slander. His claims are furthest from the truth. We are not doubting his experience working in the lending and auto business, but it does not give him the right to pass judgment on another business practice. We have been in business now for 62 years. We have 450 good honest hard-working Americans who love what they do and who they do it for. Its not all about working for RV Country, but for the ** enthusiast who are some of the best people youll ever meet.Review from stephen r

Purchase a 2021 Thor Magnitude during the **** Rally in ****** from RV Country (**** **) on 20 March 2024. Traded in a 23 **** F250 and 23 ************ 5th Wheel. RV Country was supposed to pay off the loans on both units and has not as of 12 April 2024. Called the dealership 2x and was told it would be taken care of immediately. That hasn't happened and now the ** at the **** store won't take my call. I have had to make 2 payments since I traded the units in addition to the payment I have to make on the unit I purchased from RV Country. Their actions may be illegal (contract fraud), but they are certainly immoral!Review from Robin R.

We just purchased a 2019 ******** ******* 3790RD From ****************** **. The issues we have are a mile long, this 5th wheel which needed a much more thorough inspection by their service department. Unbelievable that they let this rig leave their lot. We are first time RVers and they saw us coming a mile away. We elected not to purchase their $7000 warranty, and now dealership will fix or replace nothing. They did offer to get us into their very busy schedule ASAP at our expense. There is absolutely NO THANKS to *****, ****, ****** and ***. You all should be ashamed. So no, there are no stars, no good review, and a big STAY AWAY FROM RV COUNTRY. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND WILL DO NOTHING TO SEE THAT THEIR CUSTOMER HAS AT LEAST A SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.RV Country Response

Dear ************************************************** purchased a used RV. All used RVS sold by RV Country are AS IS. Proper documents were signed by the customer acknowledging this fact. They also signed documents disclosing we do not provide mobile tech service. We recognize this is their first trailer and went the extra mile to send out a tech. The tech addressed a few things. He also checked out the furnace and it was working when he left. Due to the age of the *** the furnace may need a new ** board. RV Country has offered to take care of the ** board out of good will. I would hope the Rutherfords would recognize our willingness to help them out. We do not agree with their review. Its false and misleading. We have good people working for us that genuinely care for our customers.******************** Managing Partner RV CountryReview from Dianna M

In the mood to be hustled? Look no further! We traded in our rv for what we owed on it, they made it sound like they were doing us a favor! Our trade in had many extras and it was in pretty great shape. Our new to us (used) rv is devoid of extras and has a huge flaw. = Unfortunately we ended up with a non-usable storage. We were told it would open easily when the rv was level. We were lied to. Not only does it fail to open properly, it is gouging the floor. We acknowledge and give Casey (in service) 5 stars! He was friendly, hardworking and professional. They made well over $2000 off us and will make an additional 5000+ off the resale of our RV. What’s so upsetting is - they acted as if they were doing us a favor. This business is less concerned about your satisfaction, and wholeheartedly committed to making $$. From our experience they seem to be greedy profiteers. Lesson LearnedReview from LAWRENCE P

Bad experience today (6/6/2023) at RV Country in Fife WA. Went to take delivery of a GD 23G Toy Hauler purchased at the Puyallup RV Show (May 4-7, 2023). Hard to believe but the Sales Mgr presented a different vehicle from the one I purchased: Vin# and the MSRP sticker didn't match; the generator was missing; other details were different; MSRP sticker was nearly $10K below the MSRP sticker price for the Vin# I agreed to purchase. I had also agreed to pay extra for a special tire treatment and nano-glass polish, but I saw that these things and general detailing likely had not been done;. They either sold my trailer to someone else or they were pulling a scam by substituting/switching product. I refused to take delivery and I ask for and got my deposit refunded. Sales Manager repeatedly tried to explain what they did as an innocent mistake. Beware! I feel sorry for my salesperson, who was great, if she loses $$ due to this bungle by management. Lost this deal and my time ... but will keep shopping other dealers.RV Country Response

The unit that Mr **** was interested in buying at the RV Show was sold to another customer prior to him agreeing to numbers. During the show a lot of sales occurs which can lead to customers missing out on a unit when another buyer agrees the same unit. We switched to another identical brand and model, which we believed was equipped to be the same. We built the deal on that stock number. The customer still had information on the other unit that had already been sold. At time of delivery we noticed the difference of the Generator and offered to install the generator at no cost to the customer. It would have made it a loser deal, but offered to do it to maintain customer satisfaction and honor what we thought we were doing in the first place. The customer chose not to allow us to fix the mistake and unwound the deal. When we realized our mistake we did everything reasonably possible to make him happy. We did everything possible to live up to the promise we made to the customer. It was his choice to walk away from the same brand, model, and equipped as the other unit. Not sure why he was so stuck on a unit that thousands of people walked through at the show. The better unit was the second one we had back at the lot.Customer Response

The business is putting their spin on this and it contains alternate facts, misstatements ... definitely not the truth) -- Re: Business response (lower case), My response (UPPER CASE) ... • The unit that Mr **** was interested in buying at the RV Show was sold to another customer prior to him agreeing to numbers. THE NUMBERS WERE DONE AND A $5,000 DEPOSIT WAS ACCEPTED BY THE BUSINESS FOR THE SECOND UNIT THEY HAD BACK AT THEIR LOT ... WHICH THE SALESPERSON SHOWED ME AFTER LEAVING THE RV SHOW. I AGAIN INSPECTED THIS UNIT DURING A FOLLOWUP WALKTHROUGH VISIT AND TO CHECK HITCH-BALL HEIGHT TO-TRAILER FIT WITH MY TOW VEHICLE. • The customer still had information on the other unit that had already been sold. I WAS GIVEN THE INFORMATION FOR THE UNIT SHOWN ME BACK AT THEIR LOT, NOT THE ONE THEY HAD SOLD AT THE SHOW ... THAT'S WHY THE SALESPERSON TOOK ME TO SEE THE UNIT BACK AT THEIR LOT. • The better unit was the second one we had back at the lot. THAT IS THE UNIT I BOUGHT, NOT THE ONE AT THE SHOW THAT WAS ALREADY SOLD. The fact is ... they switched the unit and yet tried to deliver the switched unit for the numbers already done and in the computer. I noticed the different Vin# and went to check the unit and found it different, dirty, and missing features and equipment ... so I refused delivery and asked for a refund of my deposit. Possibly, they were just confused, but it seems to me to be more than that. If they would have just stuck a "SOLD to ****" sticker on the unit I bought, this bad experience might have instead been a good one for both parties involved.
