********************* and ********* of Able Physical Therapy delayed and denied my medical treatment.The treatments were physical therapy for my neck and back and water therapy. Both treatments were referred by my doctor and approved by my insurance provider. For verification, my primary care doctor can be reached at UCI Health ************. My insurance is Noble ***************** ************. Noble Mid or Caloptima can be reach to verify that both treatments were approved and authorized individually. Complaints were filed with *********'s grievance system when encountering ****'s difficulties in regards to scheduling and starting the therapies. This can be confirmed with Caloptima *************). Caloptima was able to help me obtain the scheduling of the physical therapy but not the water therapy. On August 9 2024, I walked into what was suppose to be my second session of my physical therapy only to have ********* and ********************* tell me that my doctor has discharged me from Able. I called UCI Health and was told that this is not true and that they do not even have the authority to do that. I tracked down the department that spoked with ****. It was a nurse from the othropedic department of UCI calling about a pending physical therapy authorization that Able was once again sitting on and not acting on. They can be reached at ************. I believe this was done in retaliation for the grievances/complaints I filed with Caloptima against them prior. These characters at Able lies and are very tricky to deal with. But the facts can not be denied.
