I paid for a carwash June 2, 2024. As the wash was in progress it suddenly came to a stop. I phoned the gas station and spoke to the clerk, who after a few minutes came out and advised the machine had broken. They instructed me to pull my vehicle forward to exit the carwash. As I was doing this, one of the rollers fell on top of the rear roof section of my vehicle which broke off the rear window spoiler, chipped and left deep scratches to the paint. The gas station clerk submitted a report to the manager (*********************) who contacted me regarding the incident. I emailed him the receipt for me replacing the spoiler and painting my vehicle. **************** later texted me stating the they were not responsible for after market parts, but made reference to the cost of painting my vehicle. I have been trying to contact him, for reimbursement for the paint job, but he is no longer responding to my calls.Initial Complaint

Tonight we went to wash my car a little before 11:00pm 11/12/24 and online the car was says open 24 hrs so I thought ok I really need to get my car wash before the week, went paid and was waiting for the car infront of me to finish so I could pull in, then a guy name ******* came out screaming that they were closed and my husband rolled his window down and told him we had already paid and he kept yelling were closed and my husband said again but we already paid and the guy responded that he did not care and went behind my car and put a orange cone, then proceeded and shut the car wash down mid way of the car inside already being washed. Then he left went in his car so I rushed and I went next to him and told him I needed a refund and he kept telling me they were closed and he was sorry to go back tomorrow 05/13/24, I asked how will they know I dint get a wash and refund me he said its ok I asked for his name multiple times and he kept ignoring me finally I got his name and I also have everything on video I have a front and back camera, he was extremely rude and unprofessional very uncalled how he treated us.
