I bought Dogtras 282C collars for 2 dogs in July of 2021. In May of 2022, I noticed that the stimulation wasnt working, only the vibration was working. Dogtra sent me instructions on how to recode the collars, which I did, and they continued to still not work. When I called Dogtra on 7/29/22 to ask what to do next, I initially got the Assistant Manager who was very rude and condescending. When I told her I would like to speak to a Manager, she laughed at me and told me everyone was going to tell me the same thing (mind you she had not told me anything). She continued to yell at me, not letting me speak, and then hung up on me. I then called and spoke to ******, who told me he would troubleshoot with me when the collars were charged. When I called him back about an hour later, he insisted the collars were working, and then he proceeded to bully me into trying the shock on my own skin, even though I explained I was very scared, and was on the verge of crying. He continued to berate me saying the collars work and claiming that, if I was so sure they werent working, why am I afraid to try them on my own skin. I have never dealt with a company that was so rude, belligerent, and such bullies. I wasnt asking for new collars or for any money back, I was simply telling them that collars, which were only a year old, were not working and asking if they could troubleshoot with me and/or I could send them in for testing. The only way to describe what happened when I called dogtra is relentless bullying. They are very nasty and I will NEVER buy from them again. I simply just wanted to send the collars in for testing. They are very rude to customers.
