I received an email on 3/8 saying there was updates to my account. I contacted them because I dont have an account with them. They told me that there is a pending account under my email and that is why I got the email they sent me. I told them that I never purchased any product from them or started an account and whoever did used my email. I told them I wanted them to close whatever was attached to my email. They them told me I need the account number and the app to do that. I as them what they didnt understand about that I never purchased or opened an account with them and I never heard back. All they asked is how I rated their customer service. I want them to find out why my email is being used. If things where set up under my email why have I not gotten any other notification from them. I dont know if they are scam or my information stolen. They dont want to take care of the issue.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with my Apple Pay to which it states the shipping address. The company used an old address on file and not the address desired from the Apple Pay. Item was not received. Placed another order that stated the same thing. Should the same for Apple Pay my current and correct address. Started digging further to see why I never received my first order to find out the address they had on file is over 7 years old. I immediately tried to cancel the order just placed with no option unless you speak to them via chat which was closed and it stated you had to have an order number. 1st problem is if you get a order number then it's too late to cancel and 2nd-the chat was not open to discuss the issue. Contacted the company first thing in the morning to which they stated it was too late due to having an order number which take me back to issue number 1. This is bad business and designed to not allow for cancellations.
