one of the arms fell right off of my heatwaves because the frame broke, i purchased them last year, i looked on their website and it says there's a 1 year warranty.so i contacted the company directly with the info, i submitted my amazon order info, screenshots of everything they requested.they kept responding asking questions and delaying the warranty process after 3-4 days they requested a picture of the damage and how it broke. i sent it, another 24 hours later they then requested more pictures of the damage. Instead of sending a replacement they just kept giving me the run around delaying the whole process.i felt that they just didn't want to honor their warranty, so i submitted an amazon review based on the poor support i received. i'm now here filing a complaint based on everything that happened.
