Hello peace and blessings I purchased a vehicle from this car dealership for ****** a trade in vehicle valued at $1600 and a verbal agreement if I bring in 2 k cash in 30 days we wouldnt have to move forward with financing the vehicle and my title would be released. I kept my end of the deal and paid the 2k in the 30 day time limit but the dealer has not sent my title. I was told multiple times from him and other employees he would send my registration but still have not received it . I contacted the dmv who also stated they can see I paid the vehicle out but they sent him the title and he has to release the lien but he is trying to scam me out of more money even though he is aware of the agreement we made his excuse is he had to spend money on parts for my vehicle because after I purchased it there was problems with the drivetrain and also he sold me the vehicle being aware of the gas leak it has which goes against California smog policy he told me the car was sold as is which is considered fraud . I have been asking for my title or the return of my ****** but he is giving me a hard time can you please help me this is bad business and a scam to get me out more money I have messages from him to back up everything is truthful but very sad that Im being scammed and taken advantage of .Initial Complaint

I bought a vehicle from Gilroy car club in October and the car already needs a new engine if not a new engine. It needs a timing belt, It needs replacement of vowels,; theres bent vowels. If not engine (cylinder head repair) , needs an oil pump and it needs a position camshaft sensor. Ive been calling the dealership to help me out with the oil pump at first and all they would do was tell me to bring it in and they will do a oil change and that would be it and they didnt want to help me any further along with the warranty and now I took it back in for another diagnostic and theyre recommending a new engine and the dealership people have stopped responding to me stop answering my calls I have only had it for about a month until the oil light started coming on and I thought it just needed an oil change but that wasnt the case It needs a whole new oil pump they dont seem to help and I dont know what else to do.Initial Complaint

Sale Date May 2, 2023 Purchased a 2013 Vehicle Did not receive a copy of the purchase agreement until multiple requests several weeks later.Did not receive a 2nd fob pertaining to the vehicle although they committed to provide immediately after sale. After much time and numerous requests, was lied to that it was lost in the mail and a new one was purchased and sent. Was never the case. The same was true with switch covers that were committed and never received. All that is ever provided is run around.Lastly and more importantly, registration and plates 2 months after the purchase have also not been provided. Same run around is given, shipped but never received, no tracking information has ever been provided. Only run around is given.
