Unfortunately I got scam from this guys also , Im feeling embarrassed to taking bad about anyone or any human being, sadly pat the sales person and the owner are in the same page ,dishonest people , be careful everyone whit this location or doin business whit themReview from Kevin M

They sold us a truck that was actually illegal to drive on any road. The brakes and master cylinder were bad, power steering was failing and it needed about $20,000 of work to get it in decent condition. These guys lied soooo much to us about any problems it may have and the maintenance it was supposed to have. NOW. My wife's daughter bought a car from them very shortly after we bought the truck. Comes to find out it had bad brakes also and a BENT AXLE !!! Which she had to repair right away to make the h=vehicle safe to drive, about $2500 worth of work. These guys are SCAMMERS and any 5 star review you see is a fake one! Stay clear of these guys!

*****, Both vehicles you were given your rights to get them inspected by a third party shop and you did so. There was no records of these problems noted in the third party shops report. Also so you understand axle's don't normally just bend on there own a vehicles axle does when it has some impact on that particular part. You guys drove this vehicle and didn't feel this vibration nor did the shop you had driven it to to get the inspection. We understand things happen but you also need to take responsibility when you are the one to cause the problem that can happy by a large pot hole or a curb. Months later you contact us regarding a problem with your almost ******* mile vehicle. We step up and give you a reputable shop that can do the repair we even offer to help with said repair by doing a goodwill refund covering 50% of it. You accepted this and we thought that was fair on our end to do since this was something that was not noted by your shop that you had the pre purchase inspection done. You are purchasing a used vehicle, we do our best to recondition vehicles, at the end of the day we don't have control what can happen down the road. What we do have control on is taking care of our customers when things come up. We stepped up and did what we could but returning and refunding you for the vehicle was not an option. I hope you take the credit that has been left at the shop ( paid for in advance so that you can have the truck back in a one day turn around Parts are already ordered and on the shelf) and enjoy the truck. We purchased a vehicle on 9/6/21 and have yet to receive our plates. When calling the dealer we were given the run around every time. "it's the DMV thats slow. They have 90 days to process, We cant help you until its been 90 days", "oh let me check with my dmv clerk" (no response). Our temporary tags expired on 12/6. I went to my local DMV to see what the deal was. They showed the vehicle was never registered to the dealer, was still in the original owner's name out of state and the file was pending, they needed the smog report and VIN check. I called the dealer and they said.."were you dealing with the dealer services DMV? Your local dmv doesnt have the same information that the dealer DMV does. " When i asked where this DMV was and how to get in contact with someone.."i cant tell you...im not allowed to give out that information". When i explained how frustrated I am that I legally cant drive my vehicle, he said " well I have other customers that have $60k vehicles that they cant drive, as they are waiting too" And he then said, " the DMV doesn't care if your temporary tags are expired..that's your problem". So when we told him we would report the dealership, magically I received a text message with a photo of my completed registration- which has the wrong mailing address, so I still may not get my plates. I have never experienced this with any other dealership and I have purchased several vehicles. Not happy- with this situation or the sales process in general. The one sales guy talks super fast, treats women like they are stupid and doesn't deliver on what he says. I would not do business with them again, and have filed a report with the DMV. Woud post Zero stars if I could.
