I purchased a night guard and once I received the night guard, it did not fit, giving me pain so I requested a refund which is stated on the website possible, but the company is not honoring their refund policy. I am well within the timeframe for a refund, but the company has no number and their only communication is via email and they are not returning any emails. I purchased the night guard on June 24th 2024 and had to take an impression to send back to the lab which I did with them responding that they received it on the July 7th 2024. They had sent out my night guard two weeks later to which I tried for a week and it did not fit, gave me pain so I emailed them requesting a refund and I have not heard anything back. I will attach a screenshot of the website stating the refund policy and my date of purchase. Please let me know if you need any other information.
