      I have been working with DM Claims for several months. They will not call me back about my claim. I have left multiple messages and sent numerous emails. We were in the process of settling the claim and they went silent. I would like to hear from them so we can close the matter.

      CLAIM#*********** This claim initiated on 11-09-2022. Coverage cleared. as of today 02/27/2024 we have not been compensated for our loss. We have been provided with settlement figures, have dealt with 5 adjusters, each one has made communication impossible.

      On march 8th I was in a car accident with the client of this insurance company. While backing out of a parking space their client hit my driver side door with the front end of their car. I provided details of the accident, pictures, as well as confirmation of their clients insurance info, name, and phone number. once the info was provided, the agent stated they would contact their client and get back to me. Weeks go by with no contact. The Agent with who I was in contact with, *******, informed me that they were having issues contacting their client. A few more weeks go by before I am informed the claim for damages to my vehicle will be denied because I did not take a picture of the person driving, or their license. I have provided both pictures of the insurance card and vehicles. As well as confirming their clients info. Claim number:0256945

      We live in ******* ***** *** located at **** Grant *** # 7 ******* ****** ** XXXXX. On September 17, 2022 there was a blockage in the 4" common area sewer pipe that services units 7, 8, 14 & 15. The pressure from the backup was so intense it blew out the seal at the base of our toilet flooding the lower bathroom/laundry room with approximately 100 gallons of sewer water. This caused damage to the vanity and all adjoining walls in the family room, kitchen and laundry/bath room. Our Neighbor in Unit # 8 sustained similar damage. I have been continuously communicating with ***** ******* at *** who is the *** Insurance adjuster. *** Claim # XXXXXX. CAU has assigned ***** ***** & Associates to investigate the claim. The assigned investigator is *** ********** cell phone XXX-XXX-XXXX Email ************************* License: ******* While *** and *** have acknowledged receipt of all communications and bills for this claim over the last 2 months, there have been no payments issued to any of the vendors or determinations made concerning who pays what. All bills for the remediation, asbestos testing and abatement are now being sent to collections.
